We had a lovely stay in the studio, Kadikoy is an amazing and vibrant area where there is a lot to do and it’s well connected to the rest of the city. Neslihan was super friendly and proactive with us, I recommend blindly this Airbnb.

Modern, newly developed and clean apartment. Host service was amazing, went out of the way to provide us a baby cot even though it was not listed in the ad. And not just a travel cot but a proper full sized wooden baby cot. We had a very pleasant stay! Thank you

konum olarak boğaya 3-4 dakika uzaklıkta olan bu evde gönül rahatlığı ile konaklayabilirsiniz. Mesajlarınıza gerçekten çok hızlı dönüş yapıyorlar. Evde genel olarak temiz ve düzenliydi. Tekrar konaklamak istediğim zaman kesinlikle tercihim olur.

This place gave homey vibes and felt like a safe space. Great location for grocery stores, pharmacy and cafes which were only a few minutes away. A nearby trash can was available. Strong WiFi was extremely helpful. Ubers were able to spot the place and park in front of the entrance. We were lucky to find an elevator to carry our luggage and groceries to our apartment.

My family and I (4 people total) stayed here for 5 nights, and the experience exceeded our expectations. The unit was spotless, with everything brand new and in perfect condition. Bedding and towels were exceptionally clean, and all appliances worked perfectly. Hasan was incredibly responsive and welcoming—he made everything easy and enjoyable. The location was also fantastic. The neighborhood is walkable and not in a steep area, unlike some parts of Istanbul. There were plenty of great restaurants nearby, and the ferry and other public transportation options were just a short walk away. One thing to note: there is only one bathroom, and it's located inside the bedroom. For groups larger than two, that may affect privacy depending on the sleeping setup. It wasn’t a problem for us, but it’s something to consider. Overall, I’d absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to friends without hesitation.

Our family had a truly wonderful time at this accommodation. All of us agreed — when we come back to Istanbul, we’d love to stay here again! At first, we couldn’t figure out how to unlock the door, but the host kindly guided us through a video call right away, and the issue was resolved immediately. And what can we say about the incredible terrace…! Listening to the cries of seagulls while watching the sun set behind the Topkapi Palace and mosques across the Bosphorus, or enjoying fresh fruit in the morning from the local market — just spending time on that terrace alone made us feel the joy of being in Istanbul. The location is in a lively part of town with lots of bars, and at night we could hear wonderful music from what we assume was a nearby music bar. Since we love music, we enjoyed that aspect too. (Though it might not be ideal for those who need total silence to sleep!) It’s close to the port, with easy access to the historic old city, and there are many delicious restaurants

Wir waren 4 Tage in der Unterkunft zuhause. Zunächst waren wir skeptisch, dass so eine tolle Wohnung für einen recht günstigen Preis angeboten wird. Jedoch wurden unserer Erwartungen in jeder Hinsicht übertroffen. Das komplette Gebäude, wie auch die Wohnung ist neu. Es wurde sehr viel Liebe ins Detail gesteckt und an alles gedacht. Man hat alles was man benötigt in der Wohnung. Es wurde sogar für Waschmittel und Weichspüler, wie auch Snacks bei der Ankunft gesorgt. Außerdem war der Kühlschrank mit Getränken gefüllt. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und hat einen kleinen Balkon. Sie entspricht also den Bildern. Die Unterkunft liegt im Zentrum von Kadiköy. Es befinden sich coole Bars und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Trotzdem ist es in der Nacht ruhig und man wird von keinem Lärm gestört. Es wurde an alles Gedacht. Die Kommunikation mit Yavuz war hervorragend. Sehr bemüht und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen wieder!

Overall great experience. It is extremely quiet in bedroom . There isnt mosque nearby so you can't hear the call to prayer which can disturb the sleep of some travellers.There is literally a shop that works till 1 am 20 meters from apartment. One of the most lively nightlife streets is 5 min walk . Pier is 15 min walk which is really good you can access historic penisula and Besiktas with 30 min commute by boat.Bigger supermarket is on 3 min walk . There are 2 seaside parks within 5-10 min reach . The living room is little bit more on noisy side because the apartment is located on underground level and window is on pavement level. With open window you can hear alot from outside although street is not a busy one. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking and fridge is working really good. Thanks for hosting us I would recommend it for someone who want to have more laid back approach to Istanbul as Kadikoy(Moda) is not that busy during daytime and nightlife is awesome.

I had a really pleasant stay at this apartment. It’s compact but beautifully and thoughtfully designed — everything felt very functional and comfortable, and the layout made good use of the space. The apartment is well-equipped with quality appliances like a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, and vacuum cleaner, which made day-to-day living very easy. There’s also a small terrace that brings in fresh air and adds a nice touch to the overall atmosphere. The location is great — the neighborhood has a relaxed, interesting vibe, and I enjoyed spending time in the area. Mehmet was kind enough to offer me an early check-in and shared some helpful local recommendations as well. Overall, a very smooth and enjoyable stay! Thank you, Mehmet ☺️

Leuke Airbnb, in een heel leuk stukje van beyoglu! Dicht bij het uitgaans gebied maar geen overlast van. Ook op loopafstand van galata en Sultanahmet. Het appartement is leuk ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Een keer lekker in de jacuzzi geweest na een drukke dag in de stad. Het rook een beetje vochtig bij binnenkomst maar daarna geen last meer van gehad. Zou hier zeker nog eens terug komen!

I was lucky enough to book this space on my trip to Istanbul & it was the highlight of my trip. The location is amazing with easy access to all the key areas. The host, Meriman, is the best. She has a rooftop with amazing views that stocked with Turkish coffee & great seating. Meriman was also nice enough to give us a ton of great guidance! I would highly recommend staying here!!!

I had an unforgettable stay in the heart of Cihangir, in a peaceful and elegant location. This place is not just an accommodation but truly feels like a second home in Istanbul. Every detail has been meticulously considered: a spacious and comfortable living area, the pleasure of a home cinema experience on a large screen, a bright and quiet neighborhood… Even the bed, pillows, and dryer have been carefully chosen with comfort in mind. For those working remotely, this place is also an excellent choice! There is a dedicated workspace where you can comfortably take care of your business. Sara, made this experience even more special. With her warm hospitality, excellent recommendations about the city, and attention to every detail from check-in to even sharing the local grocery store’s number, she truly made me feel at home. If you are looking for a comfortable, peaceful, and thoughtfully designed home in Istanbul, this is definitely the right place! I will definitely be back!

I highly recommend staying at Ugur’s place. From the time we booked, till the end of the stay Ugur was super responsive and helpful. The views are just drop dead gorgeous (floor to ceiling windows overlooking the Bosphorus). The neighborhood feels like you are living and staying like a local and has modern furnishings. Wifi is excellent. You have to be ready to handle stairs but if in reasonably good shape, they are not a problem. Just avoid if uneven stairs are an issue but Istanbul is hilly and any local neighborhood would mean stairs. The best thing is Ugur’s responsiveness: we needed coffee pods, a tap fixed, airport transfer: all was organized in a minute… and shout out to Mohamed who so kindly helped with luggage and many things!

This is an amazing place, located very near Taksim Square with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The apartment is beautiful. It has big rooms and fully renovated bathrooms. There is also a big terrace and a well equipped kitchen. The host is very friendly and responsive. The instructions to check in are clear. I couldn’t find anything negative. Highly recommended.

The room is spacious - we had a small living room with a couch and a kitchenette. The room was clean with all necessary items we need for our stay. However, there was a shower leaking causing the water pressure not strong enough. There was 24/7 receptionist ensuring smooth check-in and check-out. The host was very welcoming - they offered free tea or coffee and cookies upon our arrival. They also recommended a few locations in Istanbul for us to visit. We arrived the hotel by public transit. The road from the nearest tram station to the hotel is a bit incline and bumpy with a few staircases (very typical Istanbul road structure). If you carry suitcases, consider taking a taxi or a private car.
