You can meet all your needs with the location of our house. It is within walking distance to the beach, shopping, transportation and restaurants. Our house was built in 2022 and is fully furnished and new. There is air conditioning in 3 rooms and the living room. Since the building is new, other flats can be renovated.

You can get to the metrobus and Marmaray in about 10 minutes on foot, and to the metro and ferry terminals in 15 minutes on foot. It offers accommodation in a location that is both central and very quiet and pleasant.
