An apartment located in the area known as Yeldegirmeni, very close to the center of Kadıköy. 10 minutes walking distance to Marmaray line Sogutlucesme or AyrilikCesmesi stops. It takes 15 minutes to cross to the European side using Marmaray. The dock and Metro station are also within a 5-minute walk. There is 1 large shopping mall (Natulius), local markets, restaurants, cafes and bars nearby. Although it is centrally located, it is a quiet street. It is a safe area.
