Vacation rentals with breakfast in Kachchh

We didn't want to end our three months' trip to India in a big city, but wanted to experience Indian village life instead. We were very happy to have chosen to stay in Neetaben's Homestay. For us, it was heaven on earth, even though my wife was ill most of the time. It surely is not for anyone: it is fairly basic. But you really have everything you need: a clean Indian toilet, a clean bathroom with cold shower and possibility to ask for buckets of hot water, a private bedroom with very comfortable Gujurati beds, and homely Gujurati food cooked by the host. You get introduced to neighbours, friends and family - it is a wonderful community. We prepared chenna dal rothla - a typical Gujurati dish in this season, as the chickpeas are ripe - together in a farm in the neighbourhood and spent hours talking. We met many of the women of the family. If you don't know any Gujurati, there is a language barrier, which in our case was solved by the grandson of the host, who speaks English fluently.

We had a wonderful time staying there! The place felt so warm and cozy, Madhur and Dipti Ji truly made us feel at home. The Palak khichdi was the cherry on top—absolutely delicious! ✨ A big thank you to Rohit for being so helpful. He made sure we had everything we needed, took care of all the little details before heading out, and we really appreciated him driving us to Ajrakhpur and Bhujodi. I wish you the best of luck in hosting more people and creating wonderful experiences for them. We’ll definitely recommend your place to our friends and would love to stay here again the next time we’re in Bhuj!

Perfect stay in Bhuj! The location is ideal - easily accessible to all major attractions including Aina Mahal, Prag Mahal, and local markets. Our family of 4 adults and 1 child comfortably stayed in two well-appointed rooms in a house. The Airbnb is a 4BHK on first floor. The hosts live on Ground floor. The property is spotlessly clean with comfortable beds, modern bathrooms, and good amenities like fully equipped kitchen,TV,Wifi. Host Madhur and his mother are exceptional hosts - prompt in communication and full of helpful local tips. They ensured our rooms were perfectly prepared and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The peaceful neighborhood, combined with its central location, makes this place perfect for exploring Bhuj and White Desert. Highly recommended for families looking for a comfortable, well-located stay with a caring host. Will definitely book again when visiting Bhuj!

Kokila has several homestays. We stayed with Jayaben We were looked after beautifully by Jayaben and Manisha who couldn’t have been more welcoming and warm. Communication was largely with sign language and google translate as neither of them speak much English. They made every effort to ensure we had a great visit. They helped sort out onward travel too, and the food was really good.

I had a great stay at Aashiyana. Both the hosts were welcoming, generous and kind to me throughout my stay. The space was very comfortable and spacious, and I had the opportunity to enjoy some Gujarati cuisine at their home in their company. I spent most of the evenings after work with the hosts at their home and visiting local restaurants with them, with a lot of interesting and fun conversations. The space allows for a good amount of privacy as well as interaction, as per one's choice. The hosts kindly helped me with a lot of the local navigation, including organizing local transport and dropping me off to the bus when I left. I highly recommend staying with them when in Bhuj!

Although we had difficulty to find the right location, during our stay in a brand new house, stone throw away from SEWA office, we had a very heartwarming welcome from Rihanna and her family. She was a great caretaker and the breakfasts and dinners she made for us, were amazing. They lived opposite and took really good care of us. It’s a great place to stay for experiencing rural life at the edge of Little Rann of Kutch.

Kuldips place is a little paradise, we had the most delicious Gujarat food one can dream of and two adventures trips into the Rann of Kutch and the surroundings of Bhuj. If you want experiences the real home stay that is the place to stay and don’t miss out on a trip to the road to heaven with Kuldip as a guide.

The Bhuj House ist ein wunderbarer Ort für einen auch etwas längeren Aufenthalt. Die Zimmer sind so geschmackvoll mit alten Möbeln und wunderschönen Textilien ausgestattet. Dusche war gut. Und dann erst das Essen im grünen Innenhof: Wir haben sooo fein gegessen. Es war eine perfekte Zusammenstellung von leckeren Zutaten und immer top frisch zubereitet. Wir finden das braucht eine spezielle Erwähnung! Und auch sonst die ganze Organisation von Mukesh war grossartig! Wir hatten sehr spannende Gespräche und seine Empfehlungen sind nicht zu topen. Er pflegt eine ruhige und tolle Athmosphäre mit dem ganzen Team. Ganz herzlichen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt! Von uns gibt es 5 ++++

I had a wonderful few days at Bhuj House. From the small thoughtful details in my room, the exquisite local textiles and gorgeous furnishings, the delicious breakfasts and the treat cupboard of biscuits and South Indian coffee, it felt like the perfect homestay. I can only recommend. Staff were helpful and always charming.

Outstanding! The most comfortable mattress toppers, the softest sheets, and the most amazing hot shower I've ever experienced in India. The host family are such gracious and wonderful people. 🙏🏼It's an honor to be welcomed into their ancestral home and get to experience their hospitality. Not to mention the fact that they make wonderful food. 😋This place is also incredibly quiet, and for anyone who has traveled in India knows that this is very rare indeed. I can't say enough good things about this place. 😁Truly an oasis and a lovely place return to at the end of the day. 🦚
