Dear guests, We rent out our approx. 70 sqm trade fair/project/holiday apartment (upper floor & attic, detached two-family house). The highway (A 52) is 4 minutes away, 15-20 minutes to Düsseldorf, the trade fair and Mönchengladbach. On the first floor is the fully equipped kitchen, a shower room, hallway as well as the bright, large living room (32 sqm) and adjoining loggia. On the top floor is the bedroom with a view of the fields (sunset). The loggia (south-facing) overlooking the garden invites you to linger.

This bright, light-filled, large apartment offers ideal connections to the cities of Düsseldorf, Krefeld, and Neuss. The Düsseldorf trade fair and the airport can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. The Osterath train station (RE7 & RE10) is 850 meters away. Cologne main train station/Cologne trade fair can be reached by train in 30 minutes. The U76 to Düsseldorf/Krefeld is 1.3 km away. Shopping facilities such as a bakery, Rewe and Rossmann are within walking distance (500 m).

The layout is designed for 2 people, but there is also space for families with up to 2 children (by arrangement).

The apartment is not suitable for children under 12. It is possible to park two bikes safely. For additional towels and bed linen, we charge a usage fee of €5.00 per person.
