Family-friendly vacation rentals in Kaag en Braassem

The location was great, walking distance to trains and trams to get to the heart of Amsterdam. Far enough away to be quiet for nights in. Nancy was very communicative even though she was on holiday. Easy parking if you drive in and plenty of space for 5, especially if someone doesn’t mind the couch. Would be great for 3 couples. Amazing showers 😁

Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Gut gefallen hat uns der private Garten und der offene geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnbereich. Natürlich war die Katze Poppy das Highlight für unsere Kinder. Poppy ist eine freundliche und pflegeleichte Katze. Die Anbindung an den Strand ist wie beschrieben wirklich super und schnell erreichbar. Ebenfalls gibt es viele Möglichkeiten Unternehmungen und Ausflüge zu machen. Es gab stets einen freundlichen und schnellen Austausch mit den Gastgebern. Es war sehr schön.

Wir waren für ein Wochenende in der Wohnung und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Mit den Fahrrädern konnte man die nahe gelegene Metrostation gut erreichen und wir haben eine gute Zeit in Amsterdam gehabt. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und immer gut erreichbar. Ich kann diese Unterkunft für Amsterdam Aufenthalte sehr empfehlen.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in dem Ferienhaus. Der Garten ist komplett umzäunt, sodass auch kleine Kids sorglos rausgehen können. Mit dem Kinderwagen kommt man innerhalb von 40 Minuten nach Nordwijk, es gibt kleine Sandstellen, wo wir ihn tragen mussten. Und natürlich ein paar Hügel durch die Dünen.

Das Haus liegt in einem Bungalowpark und das Städtchen und das Meer ist per Fahrrad in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Es hat einen Whirlpool mit herrlicher Aussicht auf ein weites Feld. Hängematte, Trampolin, Spielwiese, alles ist vorhanden. An kühlen Abenden kann einfach ein Gas-Cheminée-Ofen eingeschaltet werden. Die offene Küche bietet alles was es braucht. Wir haben es sehr genossen, mit dem Fahrrad durch die Dünen zu fahren und Zeit am wunderschönen Sandstrand zu verbringen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

What a fun experience! And what a terrific host! In a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. To say we got to stay on a houseboat in Amsterdam is always going to be a fun memory! But note, it is definitely a boat. You must be fully able bodied to access the boat and get around comfortably inside. The kitchen is suitable for snacks. And as with most European AirBnBs, bring your own bath products.

We have spent a perfect vacation with my family at the house. The house is located in a calm, safe and very nice area, close to the city center and restaurants, stores etc. The whole vibe in the house is something special - very nicely decorated, spacious, cute garden, cozy living room… the second we stepped into the house, it almost felt like home and we felt like locals for a couple of days:) we were even welcomed with a cute Easter gift for our daughters, a treat for the parents and fresh flowers on the kitchen table. All in all, I could only recommend this place and I would come back any time. Thank you Roland & the family, we had an amazing time!

This is our second stay and we loved it even more than the first. Ella constantly goes above and beyond to make things just so we notice lots of little details including soap that was toddler friendly, fresh flowers, and some little welcome treats all waiting for us … but the most amazing treat was a little pull along toy that was age-appropriate for our toddler Very flexible and accommodating with checking in and check out and we are most grateful for that extra flexibility and kind We couldn’t recommend Ella or her home more highly we will be back again

We felt very comfortable; the house was very clean and tidy, and the amenities were great. There's a good restaurant, a beach bar, and a bike rental nearby. The area is ideal for excursions in all directions, and the beach isn't far either. Katy is a fantastic host, helpful, friendly, and always available. She gave us great recommendations for the area and was very accommodating. We can definitely recommend her and her house for a holiday in Noordwijk. Thank you so much for everything! ☺️

We really loved staying at the beautiful farm island! The cottage was really charming and the cows nearby and the nature were really idyllic. Unfortunately we had a lot of rain and thunder which is why the stairs on the outside were a little bit tricky but besides that it’s the loveliest place! 🌻🌞⭐️ Margot even let us try raw milk and cheese from their cows which was super nice!

Wir hatten sehr erholsame Tage bei Nathalie die sehr Gastfreundlich und immer hilfsbereit war.Das Haus war wie beschrieben ruhig gelegen , sauber und und mit allem was man braucht eingerichtet. Der Strand und das Zentrum sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Persönlich hat mich gestört an Noordwijk das wir mit unserem Hund nicht alle Strandbars besuchen konnten , auch in einer ruhigen Zeit .

Wir waren sehr zufrieden! Wir haben uns direkt willkommen gefühlt, die beiden wohnen direkt nebenan und haben uns persönlich empfangen. Auch unseren kleinen Hund hießen Sie mit einem Trinknapf für to go und Leckerlis herzlichst willkommen. Bei Fragen war Sie immer erreichbar. Parken konnten wir auf dem Grundstück was äußerst selten in Noordwijk aber absolut zu empfehlen ist. Wir werden aufjedenfall wieder kommen! 😇

Tolle Unterkunft! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt dank der tollen Unterkunft und Umgebung. Schöne, simple Ausstattung. Aufjedenfall eine Adresse zum merken.

Petra war super flexibel, wir waren nämlich wesentlich eher da, als geplant und sie hat uns ganz spontan persönlich willkommen geheißen und uns kurz alles in der Wohnung erklärt. Auf Nachrichten antwortet sie super ausführlich, super freundlich und super schnell. Die Unterkunft ist total praktisch und herzlich eingerichtet - wir hatten sogar ein kleines Willkommens“Paket“. Bett- sowie Schlafcouch- sind bequem! Der Schrank im Schlafzimmer ist riesig und die Schlafkoje für Kinder ein Highlight! Wobei das tollste einfach der Garten plus der Ausblick von der Terrasse auf die Wiese mit den Kühen war. Es war ruhig, auch wenn man manchmal ein Flugzeug hören konnte - hat uns aber nicht gestört.Parken ist ebenfalls gut und die Lage ist Mega- man erreicht alles ganz schnell und einfach! Es war wirklich toll!

Wir waren sehr kurz entschlossen in Noordwijk, ich habe einen Tag vorher gebucht (außerhalb der Ferienzeit) und konnte mit Robert sofort Kontakt aufnehmen und wurde sowohl von ihm am Telefon als auch von der Verwalterin Frau Roos vor Ort sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Lage war perfekt, vom Haus über die Strasse direkt in den wunderschönen Wald, über die Dünenlandschaft ans Meer. Das Haus hatte alles was man braucht, sehr sauber, schöner Garten, um die Jahreszeit im Mai auch sehr ruhig. Wir haben die Zeit dort genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Super Unterkunft und super Gastgeber . Wir hatten sehr viel Spaß sind haben uns wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft war mit dem Boot erreichbar und wir konnten mit dem Boot einkaufen fahren. Es war ein echtes Abenteuer. Der Unterkunft sowie der Pool war sauber. Hat alles gepasst für uns ☀️

The house boat was just as it looked in the pictures! It was very spacious and comfortable for our family of 4. It was perfect how the kids sort of had their side, or wing, and my husband and I had our space in the master bedroom, on the other side. We all slept very well! We loved the cats, Skip & Bo. We are animal people, so it was fun having them come and go, and socialize and snuggle with us! The views were amazing and there were plenty of spots to just chill when we weren't out exploring. The house boat was very walkable to many fun spots and different areas. We definitely felt like we were staying in someone's home versus a rental. Enjoyed all of the personal touches in the kitchen as well! We would go back in a heartbeat and recommend Joost's place without hesitation!

Marcel war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön mit einem großen Garten. Die Abende konnte man draußen gut am Lagerfeuer und im Whirlpool verbringen. Perfekter Ort zum entspannen.

Steven was absolutely amazing! The boat is lovely and well situated and he went absolutely above and beyond to help us out on our stay - he even brought us out on his tugboat for a test run! Could not recommend enough thank you so much for our stay 😊😊

Ein liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus mit allem notwendigen, was man braucht. Selbst an Ersatzbatterien für die Fernbedienung hat es nicht gemangelt. Der Strand, Bars und Restaurant sind auch gut fußläufig erreichbar. An die Gastgeberin muss gesondert ein Extralob ausgesprochen werden. Zu jederzeit für jede Frage offen und stets hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt und der Urlaub war richtig schön. 🙏🙏🙏🤗

Die Unterkunft ist top in der Lage, trotzdem ruhig und alles Notwendige wie Lebensmittel, Fahrradverleih etc. sind in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Sehr freundlicher Kontakt zu Nancy und ihrem Mann. Meine Kinder und ich waren begeistert und können die Unterkunft nur weiter empfehlen!

Great mix between a very livable place to stay and a bucket list experience. Easy to cook, quiet nights, cozy! We stayed 10 days and enjoyed Utrecht as our NL base. Responsive and nice host, who has great info and recommendations in her guest book. Easy (25-min walk) to get to the historic center. Host also provided 2 city bikes, making it so easy to get around. We came by car but didn't need to use it due to walkability of everything. Houseboat is very well designed - it's small but there is organized and efficient space for everything you might need, without sacrificing hominess. Woodstove with plenty of wood and the huge windows overlooking the water make for a very serene stay. We're full time travelers by car in EU/UK/Balkans for over 4 years

Très bon séjour dans ce chalet effectivement "compact" mais très bien agencé.
