We had a lovely stay. We were 3 mins to Newborn monument via bus whose station is right in front of the building. Also, the house was very tidy and clean. Our host was very helpful with every question we had. Would definitely stay here if I ever came to Pristina ever again.

Immaculately clean and very cozy apartment in a lively neighborhood. Very tidy and equipped with everything you need. Location is excellent. Walking distance to the center of Pristina. The host is very responsive and kind. Highly recommended.

Super host! Jelena is an extremely friendly and helpful hostess. We felt right at home. The apartment was sparkling clean and the bed linen was freshly washed and smelled very good. We had a wonderful stay and can by far recommend the apartment best compared to the surroundings!

It was such a nice getaway. Aida was very responsive, friendly and suggested so many nice places and restaurants to go out to. She described the city in a perfect way which made us feel in ease. The place was nice and clean, the bed was comfortable. The apartment was right in the city center which helped us out, since we didn’t have to take buses or taxis at all. There were also few near supermarkets which made the stay more convenient for us.

The apartment was very cosy and comfortable. Everything was brilliant, and I had a great stay! 😍 Would definitely recommend.

That was great. We stayed in the apartment for 10 days and felt very comfortable. Granite is polite, he responds quickly and which is most important to us, he is reliable and honest. We will book the place again. Highly recommend.

I warmly recommend this accommodation for your visit to Nis. Vladan is a welcoming and available host. His accommodation is really very well located close to the center, everything is nearby within a few minutes of walking which is pleasant. I really enjoyed it specially during the Nisville festival 💃🏾✨️ The interior of the accommodation is very clean and everything you need is present. As described, secure, clean & comfortable. Central location with an easy walk to shops, city mall centre and attractions. Please note this is a smoking building and apartment but tenants all do their upmost to keep the place immaculate.

“Perfect stay in the heart of the city!” I had a fantastic experience staying at this apartment in Ulpiana! The location is ideal—right in the city centre, with everything within walking distance: cafes, shops, and parks. The apartment itself was spotless, well-equipped, and very comfortable. What made the stay even better was the host—super friendly, responsive, and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed.

The apartment is clean and spacious. For us, it was perfect as a stopover on our way to Greece. Recommended! 🙂

the appartment is in a great area 10 min walk from newborn square .the appartment was like brand new furniture and beautiful. owner was friendly and very helpful to show us the area around .and great thing about appartment is that we had parking space safe and secured inside the building.

Tamara&Vladislav are absolutely Golden, apart form providing the house with all kinds of extras so appreciated on the first days in a new place they really helped out when we had an unexpected medical emergency. Will remain forever deeply grateful
