It’s a nice apartment, the host was always reachable and it’s pretty close to the city center. The apartment is also pretty good located. There’s a MegaMaxi and some small stores around. Also public transportation is nearby.

Was definitely a great place to stay with a good view from the penthouse, most all restaurants and shops were within 15 minutes walking distance. Very clean and tidy. Would return and recommend.

the location is nice. There is no shortage of parking. It is very close to the castle in the bazaar. It is close to the highway exit. There are 2 large markets nearby.

Very clean and modern apartment, right in the center of Niš. Very convenient for exploring the city. Luka is very responsive and super helpful. We had to park on the street, and Luka helped us with that from A to Z. If you plan to stay longer and will need a lot of space in the fridge, during our stay our fridge was full of drinks which host intends to upsell for the guests (there is a price list). Luckily, we did not need much space for our group, but for some people it might be an important information. During our stay the bathroom had issues with water not draining properly after the shower. So the ground was all wet and slippery, but I hope Luka will fix it soon. Overall, totally recommended!

We had a great time in the apartment, when we arrived everything was tidy and smelled clean. Petar sent us very detailed instructions for entering the apartment and responded to messages quickly. A very big plus is the parking in the garage of the building and the location of the building itself because you can realistically reach everywhere on foot. Of course, the jacuzzi is the icing on the cake here, it's really relaxing.

Jovan was so helpful and such a great host. We would like to stay here if we visit Niš again.

Perfect stay in central Nish! Milosh is a great host. He met us at his properties, greeted us with coffee and provided us with advices on what to see and what to do in Nish. The location is perfect, right in the centar of Nish. Would definitely recommend. Thank you Milosh! 🙂

The person who welcomed us was warm and helpful. Our golden retriever was welcomed as warmly as we were. The apartment is perfectly tidy, impeccably clean, mosquito nets on all windows, you feel good there. We didn't need to put on the air conditioning, the fresh air coming in from the windows cooled us down. The garden is a peaceful oasis, meticulously arranged. We wanted a vegetarian dish: Milan called the village restaurants for us to ask if they could prepare one for us. As this was not possible, Milan took care of doing some shopping and preparing a meal for us. We had a real feast: typical salad (shopska) with vegetables from their garden (the best of all my holidays in the Balkans), pindzur, kajmak, hard-boiled eggs, delicious bread, and others... lunch in the morning was as good as the evening meal (homemade too) with local dishes. We'll definitely be back.

Very rustic and historical place. The host was super friendly and spoke 4 languages. He offered us drinks and gave us tips for dining and exploring the city. Lastly he aided us in finding a traditional rug as there is currently no official store to purchase one and you have to be in the know to know… you know

Wonderful stay, Judon was a very nice host

We had a fantastic weekend! The location was absolutely perfect—close to everything we needed. The house itself was clean, cozy, and had a very welcoming atmosphere. Everything was exactly as described, and we felt right at home. Highly recommend staying here!

Apartments with a separate entrance. Located near the city center. There is parking on the territory, shops, a bus station, a market, an exchange office are nearby. The apartments have a kitchen with dishes, a washing machine.

Good apartment for two people to stay in. There are supermarkets close and the Main Street is only a 20/30 minute walk away. Astrid picked us up and dropped us off at the bus station which was really kind and also gave us lots of recommendations.

The house is in a very central location. The farthest distance is 20 minutes on foot. It's very close to the Nene Teresa Cathedral. It's a little complicated because the navigation takes you to different roads on the way home, but if you go through the underpass and continue to the right and continue straight from the cathedral, you can reach the house very easily. The host always responded no matter what time it was and was very helpful. Thanks to him.

This is the great place to stay. Kristina is very responsive and kind. The place was very clean and cosy.

A great looking place thats close to everything you need.

It is a shame that even nowadays so many people, especially in Serbia, want to rent airbnb to earn money, but they do not care about their guests. Unlike Ivan. I have stayed in so many places over the years because I had to, and I have to say that Ivan is a rare type of host and his airbnb apartment rare type of apartments. First of all, when it comes to Ivan, he was proactively in contact with me before I came to his apartment and even afterwords. Wanted to make sure that everything was allright for me and that I was satisfied. Very kind, pleasant person, helpful. Next, his apartment was squeaky clean, which is a rare find nowadays, and in also a very proper and clean neighbourhood. Again, a very rare find. How clean it was, I could eat off of the apartment surfaces, so it was the greatest and most pleasant surprise. More than just well-equipped with necessities. Ivan thought of everything! I recommend Ivan and his place, most sincerely, with my whole heart!

Dejan was very hospitable and pleasant. He was there for everything that I needed extra and was quick to provide help. The place is very nice and clean. Recommend and would definitely go again.

As described, secure, clean & comfortable. Central location with an easy walk to shops, city mall centre and attractions. Please note this is a smoking building and apartment but tenants all do their upmost to keep the place immaculate.

Location 10/10 its in the center, clean appartament with everything you would need. The host was amazing! I would book again!
