Guests can enjoy an idyllic setting facing the hills. Perfectly suitable for 2 to 4 people (2 adults and 2 children), queen size bed and a convertible sofa bed. NB: preferably with a vehicle.

Bedroom/bathroom, WiFi. Separate entrance. One room: table/armchair area, TV, kettle with water and green tea, Nespresso machine with Arabica capsules, madeleines, countertop refrigerator, 140x200 bed for 1 or 2 adults. (On request: 1 or 2 children up to 12 years old can be accommodated, sleeping on a mezzanine with a 130 cm foam mattress (ceiling height 1.50 m)). Bed linen and bath available (free). Private bathroom (sink,shower, toilet). Hours: 7:00 PM to 12:00 PM. No pets allowed.

Located only 50 m from Golf International and 800 m from Fontcaude Spa, 20 minutes from PALAVAS and 7 km from MONTPELLIER city center. This two-bedroom apartment is located on the garden level of the villa where I live, with completely independent and private access. The bedroom and bathroom are windowless because in the basement. But adjustable, powerful lighting brings great comfort.

Modern, bright, independent, nice and cozy Studio

Montpellier, Les Hauts de Massane in Occitania. Very nice studio, complete, independent and quiet, included in our house (main residence in which we live all year round) surrounded by a garden with terrace and with an above-ground pool. Carefully made, modern and decorated with sobriety (Scandinavian decor), it is fully equipped, air-conditioned and close to universities (tram and bus) as well as shops. We are located 30 minutes drive from the sea (Palavas les Flots).

Welcome to Laverune village. Have a pleasant stay in our 26m² studio, close to Montpellier Centre and beaches (Palavas-les-Flots: 15km, La Grande Motte 30km). Small outdoor area on the courtyard side. The studio overlooks the owners' PRIVATE garden. Dogs are allowed (in the accommodation or in the courtyard, but not in the garden to avoid any potential incidents with our dog). Check-in is autonomous with a key box, from 3 p.m. and check-out at 11 a.m. maximum

Formerly a newly renovated priory, the farmhouse is surrounded by 2 hectares of parkland and vineyards. Bicentennial trees, a waterwheel, a pine forest and an orchard will charm you. Great place to recharge your batteries, come with family or friends or for a seminar. Our family lives on the property (Our house is at the north end of the building) the tenants live at the south end of the building. As a result, parties and (loud) music are forbidden.
