Located just 50 m from the International Golf Course and 800 m from the Fontcaude Spa, 20 minutes from PALAVAS and 7 km from the city center of MONTPELLIER. This T2 is located on the ground floor of the villa in which we live, with completely independent and discreet access. The room and bathroom are windowless because they are in the basement. But adjustable and powerful lighting provides excellent comfort.

Single room: table/armchair area that can be replaced by desk on request, TV, kettle, Nespresso machine, fridge, Nespresso capsules, tea, 140 x 200 bed for 1 or 2 adults. Mezzanine floor with 130 foam mattress for 1 or 2 children up to 12 years old max. (ceiling height of 1.50 m). Bed and bath linens available (free). Private bathroom (sink, shower, toilet). Hours: 7:00 p.m./12:00 p.m. Do not book if Espace Sentein.

In a small condominium of 3 lots, cute bedroom of 15 m², independent and private entrance, bathroom/toilet, and mini kitchenette (No hotplates but enough for breakfast and snacks). Free parking in the subdivision. Montpellier 5 min. by car, shops, tram stop and Halles 800 meters, highway access 2 minutes, beaches and airport 20 min. Small but clean and well arranged. You are on the ground floor but be careful there are 3 steps to access the front steps.

A nice view of the Gardiole and its sunrises from its bed. A garden is dedicated to you with garden furniture under a beautiful almond tree and a picnic table for a soothing atmosphere. Enjoy a pleasant stay in our 26 m² studio, close to Montpellier Center and the beaches (Palavas-les-Flots: 15 km, La Grande Motte 30 km). Welcome to the village of Lavérune, west of Montpellier. Linens provided (sheets, towels). Small outdoor courtyard area with a barbecue and parasol to enjoy the sun. A bay window overlooks the garden. Pets allowed. Check-in is autonomous with a key box, from 3 p.m. and check-out is at 11 a.m. maximum

Charming cellar / 18th century

Classified as a historical monument, Pignan is a medieval village near Montpellier. You will stay in an old sheepfold dating from the 18th century with magnificent pointed arches. The walls were built with lime and Pignan stone. This is a large room of about 20 m2 designed for 2 people ideally. This atypical property is located on the ground floor of our house in a quiet pedestrian street in the city center and close to small shops.
