nice little cozy and comfortable house very quiet on large wooded property with parking, 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed in each and 1 single bed for 1 person, 1 bathroom upstairs, living room, dining room and an equipped kitchen, 1 powder room on the ground floor. Located in the heart of the Cantalian mountains, close to many small shops and 8 km from Aurillac. Many sights and museums to visit, beautiful cycling and hiking trails. Important: I do not allow pets.

Come and discover the Prince's nest! Ideally located in the heart of Aurillac (in the pedestrian area), you will have an independent floor which contains a large bathroom, a bedroom with very good quality bedding and a desk area with Wi-Fi (no kitchen or kitchenette). 15 m2 studette (Height: 2m15) independent, on the ground floor of our house. Located between city and countryside, it consists of a bathroom, kitchenette area and a 140 bed. A small table is available outside. Parking in the house yard or street street No pets or parties please. Warning: our living rooms are located just above the studio. So you may hear some noise during your stay!
