The trailer is located on our property adjacent to our house. Ideal for those who love peace and quiet; we live near the woods. There is a shower (hot water) and a DRY TOILET nearby, only for the trailer. There is electricity and the possibility of heating. Bed 1.85 long × 1.50 wide. Small fridge and porch for eating under cover or parking bikes. Bed linens provided. NO BATH TOWELS. Pets allowed on a leash, non-enclosed property.

Annecy is a 5-minute drive away, and the lake/old town are a 10/15-minute drive away. Guests have plenty of space, a pergola with a summer kitchen, and a tennis court! This 14 m2 Romanian trailer, was handcrafted in Romania and offers all the comforts you need (insulation, heating, bathroom etc.)

Our caravan is located 1200 meters above sea level with a fantastic view of the entire valley and surrounding mountains. The caravan is located on a private road used only by us. There are a number of hiking opportunities around the village. The caravan is simply furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bathroom is located outside the caravan ca. 100 m away in a building. Piano di Campo can be reached by bus.
