Maria was a wonderful host! The place was as described. The Swiss breakfast was great! Nice and quiet even with shared spaces. We hope to come back to Luzern and stay again someday.

Tricia was so kind, gave great tips on tourist activities and served a delicious breakfast.

Christa is the epitome of a Super Host. By the end of our too short stay, we felt like family. If peaceful, beautiful vistas are what you’re looking forward to, this is the place. 🥰

Absolutely stay here if you get the chance. I'd recommend at least three nights for excursions up the (very serious) local mountains and hikes in the area. The bed was comfortable, the breakfast filling, the restaurant delicious, the service excellent, and the surroundings quiet. The building is relatively far from the center of town, so you really get a chance to relax. I’d recommend booking this place over many of the more expensive in-town options. Recommendations for finding the place: Follow Rico and Phillipa’s instructions and the signs! Google Maps would have led me across a non-existent, washed-out trail. Also, one of the paragliding guides recommended the Matterhorn app for more up-to-date information (e.g., what transit is operational and where the sheep are).

Anita’s place is heaven on earth 🌿 The garden is very cozy and gives a lot of privacy from the outside world. The house feels rusty and homey, yet very clean. Anita herself is super welcoming. I would truly love to come back some day to experience the magic of Anita’s place 🍓🪴⛱️☕️☀️🏡

Laetitia is a welcoming host without being intrusive. She explained the different walks to take around her home. The accommodation is perfect, very comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. The independent kitchenette is perfect for making a small meal. And special mention for the hearty breakfast with excellent products! I recommend it 100%.

Sara is a very sweet, smiling and helpful person❤️, Sara is also very flexible. Sara personally accompanied us to a restaurant, which was a great help. ❤️ Sara is definitely worth a visit, it is very beautiful and quiet at Sara's. Definitely recommend ❤️

This B&B perched in the heights of Lake Maggiore is a beautiful and peaceful place, a little piece of heaven for animal lovers. Luca and Anna are adorable, very welcoming. And breakfast was great!

Federica's accommodation is easy to reach both by car and on foot. In the heart of the village. Very quiet and relaxing. Federica is an exceptional host... clean house and maximum availability. My first trip to Val d'AOsta. To be repeated.

We loved our stay at Marco's house. He was so welcoming, giving us a tour when we got there and making sure we were all set. The house and surroundings/view are beautiful. We did not have a car, so we had to take a bus and walk a bit to get up to the house, but Marco gave clear instructions on how to do so. He went above and beyond, with a wonderful breakfast including a freshly baked cake. He even left us some fresh strawberries from his garden. If you are looking for true Italian hospitality and a beautiful view, this is for you!

Fantastic! Even nicer than in the pictures! Incredible view of the lake, a very nice private garden, a clean beautiful apartment with everything you need! Paola is very hospitable and tries to do everything. We were particularly pleased with the breakfast and the delicious cakes. We had a very nice, albeit short, time here. A clear recommendation! Wonderful stay. The B&B is a good 15-20 min walk from the train but extremely convenient bus stop 1-2 min walk. Bus free with B&B stay. Loved the room, bathrooms clean and available- never had to wait, and breakfasts were good. Also had a very nice coffee machine available 24/7. Isabelle&team available and willing to help. No negatives to this stay! Lots to do in and around Lucerne.

Great location, loads of parking and shared space. Great rooms and a great breakfast. Just wish there was a bit more provision for a some light self catering but that was made clear in the description so fair enough. I’d recommend this place and would stay there again.

This place was truly the highlight of our trip in Switzerland. Sarah was so generous in letting us come a day early due to an error in my part when booking the listing. She was very helpful with all her instructions and the home was amazing. Located in a quaint farmland, the house is a stunning feature and the room we stayed at was so unique and rustic, while remaining clean with a modern bathroom. We had a stroll around the neighborhood and listening to the cowbells at sunset was truly a magical experience. The breakfast was also very tasty and filling. I would definitely recommend this listing to anyone wanting a unique experience in Bern!

We loved our stay at Jasmine and Simon's place! It's a beautiful historic home in a quiet neighbourhood – but still very accessible to the city centre via a nice walk or a short tram ride (which was free via the Basel card Jasmine/Simon provided). The room itself was very cozy, mattress was very comfortable, and the room gets tons of natural light. Jasmine and Simon were fantastic hosts and just the nicest people: making us feel welcome, sharing recommendations, and just generally open to chatting. Would 100% stay here again!

Three families rested comfortably at Patricia's house. I spent a precious time with my daughter and wife because of the friendly explanation and the active information provided for the necessary questions. With the travel information you gave me, I had a fun trip on the last day and went to Cermat. Always be happy and healthy~~:)

Daniele and Sonia were extremely friendly and helpful, the room and the kitchen clean and with nice details. The breakfast had everything we could wish for, even the freshest eggs from their own chickens! We just stayed for one night and it was perfect for an overnight stay on the way back home.

A large and beautiful house in a preserved environment. Merilyn and Roberto have a heartwarming sense of hospitality and alone justify booking this guest room which is very well located equidistant from Geneva and Annecy, i.e. 20 minutes by car. We'll most likely be happy to go back.
