If you want to listen to loud music, DO NOT rent my property. The guest house (annex of the main house) will be rented. It has a large swimming pool (7 X 4), 4 bedrooms (2 en-suites), and there is another house on the property but separated by a wall (I live in the other house). The rented space offers privacy, a garage with 2 spaces, Wi-Fi, 5 smart TVs, and all bedrooms have air conditioning. There is an open-plan living room with a kitchen and barbecue area. The house is on the third block from Peruíbe Beach (600 m from the beach). Use of audio at a low volume (AMBIENT); we do not allow excessive volume.

The house has an integrated living room and bedroom, bathroom, open kitchen with all the utensils for preparing meals or a barbecue. In the outdoor area, we have a barbecue, sink and table with four chairs, a small swimming pool (1 meter deep), large closed garage (30m²) but it only fits one car due to the laundry in the same space, and a garden with plants and fruit trees. I have an aquarium and a nursery in the yard that I take care of every morning.
