This was the most beautiful Airbnb we’ve stayed at. Spending each morning reading on the porch bed, taking in the sounds of birds, frogs, monkeys and more was so peaceful - a perfect getaway! At first I was unsure about no AC but the screened windows and fan combined to a wonderful breeze that we actually needed the extra blankets provided at night! Such a cozy spot with the cutest decorations, games, binoculars etc. The Airbnb itself is off the main road but with Barclays directions we found it no problem! It’s about 10 min away from Nuevo Arenal which was convenient for groceries / dinners etc. just keep in mind that it gets dark around 6PM and they’re pretty winding roads with no lights. Barclay also made some great recommendations which we thoroughly enjoyed. Thankful for a great stay and I’ve already recommended this place to others!

Such a beautiful place! Absolutely loved it. The host was also incredibly kind and responsive to several questions. Thank you! We loved being able to hop in the jacuzzi at the beginning and end of the day and being able to watch beautiful birds with our binoculars right from the comfort of the jacuzzi! Also, the outdoor shower/bathroom was such a cool concept - loved it. Should also note that while open air, it is also fully protected from rain. Thank you so much for a lovely time. Would definitely return!

Diana is a fantastic host. Very responsive and kind. This place is absolutely stunning! The pictures and descriptions do not do it justice. The views from the deck are breathtaking. I loved sitting out there in the morning as the sun came up and in the evening as the sun went down, like king for and listening to all of the beautiful birds. On our first evening, Manu offered to take us on a night hike which was amazing! We saw animals and insects that I didn’t even know existed! Manu is extremely gracious and we really enjoyed meeting him. The morning we left, my wife and I were walking the grounds and ran into Diana’s father, who was also out walking. We asked him to point us in the direction of the fruit trees on the property. Instead he personally gave us a tour of the grounds, showing us all the different fruits growing on the property. He even invited us into his home and sent us off with bananas, watermelon, pineapple, and limes! So kind and a favorite part of our trip!

Wonderful Airbnb! Looked exactly like pictures and it was so pretty and peaceful. Was easy to find and felt safe. The only issue was the amount of little bugs everywhere. Everything else was clean. Would be helpful to have more than two towels for guests.

We had a fantastic time in Magalie's Dome and enjoyed spending two nights in this special accommodation. The view is really magical, you can watch hummingbirds and other birds, watch the fireflies in the evening and listen to the howler monkeys in the morning. The pool was especially loved by our children. The kitchen is super equipped and it's fun to cook and eat with such a great backdrop. We also felt super comfortable in the dome. The bedding was extremely soft and high quality and also smelled good. The view from the bed is amazing. Our six-year-old daughter loved her bed upstairs under the dome. Just super cozy! For us, it was the best Airbnb we've ever stayed in and a highlight of our Costa Rica tour.
