Monthly Rentals in Junk Bay

Lovely place to stay. Fantastic choice of shops and places to eat downstairs in the mall. Apartment was perfect for a family of four, clean and tidy and had everything that we needed for an enjoyable stay. Would recommend to anyone visiting HK.

I didn't want a hotel that was too small and dirty, and since it was the holidays, good hotels were too expensive, so I tried Airbnb for the first time and it was a great choice. Harvey, the host, was very friendly and attentive. From the taxi to and from the airport, to the tourist routes, descriptions of the property, and transportation tips. The house was clean and he provided extra blankets and a heater as it was unusually cold the week we stayed. It really felt like we were staying at a friend's house in Hong Kong.

I extended my stay so have stayed here for around 2 weeks in total. Everything is fine including stable Wifi, 24H hot water for bath, big monitor, and the cloth dryer is one of my favorites. The flat is big enough so there is no problem even it is co-living. The hosts give huge freedom and space to me so even an introvert can also stay comfortably. Just note that the location is in LOHAS which is quite far from city central, and should reserve more time for transportation even by MTR. Overall I am satisfied with the stay and fully recommended:)

Minutes walking from the MTR., easy access to shops and restaurants. Yet once entering the community gate you are surrounded by trees and flowers and ocean view, making you feel this is a sanctuary in the busy metropolis. The gym and swimming pools in the club house is a plus.
