I built my wooden house entirely and finished it in early 2024. I offer it for rent during the high summer season but also during the other 3 seasons which each offer their advantages. The creation of the sauna with its wood stove is to be able to enjoy the swimming pool in all seasons. My 3-star accommodation is close to Montsalvy (5 km) with its heated municipal swimming pool open in July/August, the market every Thursday morning, grocery store, pharmacy, doctor, bakery. Canoe and kayak base 10 km away. Aurillac (35 km), Monts du Cantal, Lac de Saint-Etienne Cantalès, Salers, Viaduct de Millau. You'll love my place in the countryside because of the calm, the tranquility, the pleasure of rubbing shoulders with some farm animals, including sheep, lambs and donkeys.
