Vacation rentals with a patio in Jung District

Great stay! Well worth it and very convenient.

Our first time in Seoul, and stayed at Mapo-gu, especially at Phillip & Peter's is really the best decision. Really love the neighborhood, close to Mangwon market and Hongdae, not too far from all the must see, but far enough from all the hectic. If you like to run/walk, this will be a great choice as well. At first we only planned to run towards the Han river, which was a very nice run, but then Peter recommended us to run along the stream nearby toward Hongjecheon waterfalls, absolutely great track with magnificent view in the end 🥰 You can continue with a hike to Mount Ansan afterwards, incredible birdview of Seoul with beginner friendly track. Would love to stay here again if we come back to Seoul!

The apartment was perfect for three adults. Roomy, very clean and well appointed. And there was a thriving, lively shopping and restaurant district steps from the unit. Plus, the green circle line subway, which we used every day, was less than 10 minutes by foot. The only downside is the area is a bit noisy at night because of all the young people out partying until the morning hours. Still, none of us had problems sleeping. Finally, the hosts were very responsive and kind. We would stay here again!

The space is just right. Location is good too, very near subway. We were pleasantly surprised with the basket of goodies. We ate, drink and watch Netflix on that mobile TV. That was how comfortable we were.

The flat is located really near the subway station, it was very convenient, also the view from the living room was amazing. We had a great stay in there !

Misun is absolutely lovely, and the apartment was very cute and cozy. She had plenty amenities and is a wonderful host 😊

Gaya, very much thank you for the perfect korea holiday as he was so helpful on everything. Transport, Food, deliveries, places. you name it he got it. Moon was a very very perfect tour guide as well, friendly, helpful, making sure everyone was looked after. If anyone travelling to Korea, just look for gaya or Coze group and you will have a hassle free holiday despite having elders or babies. Very much highly recommended to stay with Coze vacation rentals.

As I saw in the photos, it was actually spacious and tidy, so I felt good from the first time I entered. The host was kind, so I made a reservation in a hurry, but I was able to stay without any inconvenience, and it was close to the subway station and close to the city, so it was convenient to get around. The whole family was satisfied and stayed comfortably. If I have to come to Seoul, I would definitely like to visit again.

I had an amazing stay in Korea, all thanks to Jun and Sue! From the moment I arrived, they made me feel right at home with their warm hospitality and thoughtful touches. They were always helpful—whether it was providing local tips or just checking in to make sure I had everything I needed. One of the highlights was the lovely selection of local snacks they prepared for me, which made the experience feel even more personal and special. Their place was cozy, clean, and perfectly located for exploring the area. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Korea,Seoul! Friendly host and Gaya very helpful. They will help us to order delivery as our oversea credit card cannot make payment for delivery service. Environment was good and suitable for those in come Korea in bigger group size or family trip.

The location was close to Bangi-dong Food Alley, Lotte Mall, and Seokchon Lake, so I could walk, and the bed matrix was so good that I slept well!

Had a fantastic experience at this Airbnb! The space was spotless, well-furnished, and exactly as described in the listing. The bed was comfortable, the amenities were thoughtful, and everything I needed was readily available. The location was perfect - very close to subway station, and the place was peaceful and quiet.

We were looking for a place clean and large enough for our 1 year old to crawl around in a nice neighborhood to walk around in. The place is very clean, has a great view, all the furniture and amenities were high quality, conveniently located, easy to park in. Large supermarket and shopping mall is right around the corner and two subway lines that connect to the main areas in the city are 5 minute walking distance away. Airport bus stops rigth in front of the apartment. Building is easy access, elevators work great, quiet neighbors. Overall we couldn't have been happier! We'd love to come back and stay here again next time we're back in Seoul to visit our family.

Overall, I'm satisfied with the condition of the accommodation and the friendliness of the host. However, due to the location of the accommodation, it was a bit of a pity that there were places to go around. There is a disadvantage that you have to travel by car, and there is a slight inconvenience to walk around.

The house is very nice, fully equipped with all the amenities, just as comfortable as at home.The space is very spacious, the kids can run and play, not far away is a big supermarket, there are many convenience stores, transportation is just a few steps from the door, and then the subway can go anywhere.The landlord is very friendly and helped me print the information. I was very happy to stay in this house. You will not be disappointed.
