Sleeps 16 with room to spare (5 double bedrooms, high ceilings and stone floors, two with balconies; 1 twin and 1 bunkbed room, spare mattresses). Modern kitchen, huge living room with fireplace and piano. Large terrace & courtyard for meals outdoors, barbecues or sunbathing, surrounded by farm buildings; table tennis in garage.

15 minutes from the beaches, close to the center of Lunel with its bars, restaurants... and the arenas, but in an agricultural area with its vines and horses, loft-style house, private 10x5 swimming pool completely renovated (with salt) and garden, classified 3 stars (Étoiles de France). Formerly a newly renovated priory, the farmhouse is surrounded by 2 hectares of parkland and vineyards. Bicentennial trees, a waterwheel, a pine forest and an orchard will charm you. Great place to recharge your batteries, come with family or friends or for a seminar. Our family lives on the property (Our house is at the north end of the building) the tenants live at the south end of the building. As a result, parties and (loud) music are forbidden.

Our gîte is located in the center of the charming village near Sommieres, Vergeze and Lunel at the gates of the Camargue, less than an hour from the Pont du Gard and Uzes, between Nîmes and Montpellier, close to the A9 highway. It can accommodate 5 people. It is located in the backyard of a village house in Gard stones where we live. It is nicely equipped, charm, comfort, peace and quiet are waiting for you.
