مسكن ممتاز للغايه وفي منطقة هادئه و كل الاحتياجات متوفره بالشقه فمن المطبخ الى غرفة الجلوس الى غرفة النوم الى الحمامات والبلكونه ... والتكييف و غسالة الملابس والثلاجة فاقت التوقعات.. كان تسجيل الدخول والخروج سهل جدا وميسر الغرفه لها بطاقة دخول من السهل حملها واذا فقدتها ممكن السكيوريتي يفتح لك الشقه. تواجد السيكيوريتي والكونسيرج كان من أهم الأشياء. وجود البقالات ومحلات السوبرماركت والصيدليات وإمكانية التوصيل وتلقي الطلبات بالواتس اب شئ مريح جدا. من الأشياء التي لفتت انتباهي رائحة الشقه و الفواحات التي وضعها المالك لتعطي لشقة رائحة مميزه. لقد مارست بها الطبخ وكل شئ متوفر. كانت أقامه رائعه جدا. سوف أعود لهذه الشقه بكل تأكيد وأنصح بها بقوه.

أقمت في هذه الشقة وكانت تجربة مميزة بكل المقاييس! الشقة نظيفة جدًا، مرتبة، وتحتوي على كل ما يحتاجه الضيف لإقامة مريحة وكأنك في منزلك تمامًا. الموظفون في غاية الاحترام والتعاون، سريعين في تلبية الطلبات وبأسلوب راقٍ واحترافي. أخص بالشكر الموظف مهيار، الذي كان متعاونًا لأقصى درجة، دائم الابتسامة، وساعدني بكل احترافية ولباقة. وجوده أضاف طابعًا مميزًا لتجربتي، وكان حريصًا على راحتي من لحظة الوصول وحتى المغادرة. الموقع مثالي، حيث كل ما تحتاجه قريب منك؛ من مطاعم، ومتاجر، ووسائل مواصلات. أنصح بالإقامة هنا بشدة، وبالتأكيد ستكون خياري الأول عند زيارتي القادمة إلى دبي.

Laurie was a lovely host. She sent detailed instructions on how to get into the flat, the amenities in the building, instructions for devices in the house. it was very thorough. The flat itself is quite spacious amd is in a very good location in Business Bay. The balcony in the living room overlooks a horse training course and one of the windows in the bedrpom has partial views of the canal. All in all, a great experience.

Beautiful and excellent location for those who want going to the beach. Right in front, with umbrellas, towels, beach chairs, etc. The apartment is very nice, comfortable and with everything you may need. The view from the balcony is so beautiful and relaxing. We will be back with no doubt!!

It was a perfect place. Neat and clean. We got the peace and weekend get away we needed. I would definitely book again. The place had good amenities and i had no issues accessing them. The best part was that the host was absolutely a sweetheart and was available anytime for our help.

I had a fantastic stay at this property! The unit was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had a unique charm that set it apart from the typical UAE style—more serene, cozy, and full of character. The ambience was refreshing and made for a truly relaxing experience. The host was incredibly kind and attentive, making sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. An added bonus—there are a few friendly cats around the property, which I personally loved! Just something to keep in mind if you're not a fan of animals. Really nice spacious and spotless apt with toiletries and tea making facilities. Mistakingly I had booked a wrong date which was difficult to change but with Airbnbs help the host offered a solution, which I didn't take in the end as I had to pay extra. I was allowed to check in an hour early but found the check out at 10 am very early. Would definitely be a return customer.

Excellent stay in the apartment. Bannia was there for everything I needed and responded very quickly. The apartment has everything necessary for a normal stay. If you are from Europe and need a phone charger with G plug, that is also solved and the apartment has it. Clean and tidy apartment. All recommendations.

Had a fantastic stay at the Paramount Hotel with stunning views of the Burj Khalifa. The building offers top notch amenities including a pool, gym, and even a spa all accessible to guests. It’s just a 6-minute drive to Burj Khalifa, and the overall vibe feels like a luxury hotel. Highly recommended! Plus, Metro is nearby. Definitely booking this again soon.

In one word: “A true home away from home” I stayed at Leileen’s apartment for 2 weeks on a business trip, and all was perfect. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, the apartment very cozy and spotless, the bed incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen fully equipped. Leileen is an outstanding host, always quick to respond! I highly recommend and I will definitely come back during my next trip!

Housing is excellent! I really liked the area, if possible we will return to live in this area. Good ventilation and really liked the new appliances in the kitchen.

Roya was wonderful: helpful, friendly, super quick to respond, and EXTREMELY PROACTIVE. We felt right at home in her apartment. By the end of our stay, Roya was no longer a stranger :) she was family. Thank you for allowing us to use your flat. We will certainly come back
