The city center is only 1500 meters away, the train station is 1600 meters away and the highway entrance is 3 minutes away. Dogs are welcome guests. In about 100 meters, the green corridor with beautiful walking paths begins. Also great for cyclists and joggers. Without breakfast!

S-Bahn towards Düsseldorfer Messe (approx. 50 minutes), downtown (approx. 20 min) & the airport (around 40 min), Cologne center (about 40 min), as well as a bus towards Düsseldorf Uni, within walking distance. Bus connection right outside the door. Taubental industrial park 1 km away. The entire apartment was renovated in 2023, including new windows and a new bathroom.

Mit dem PKW in ca.15 bis25 Min nach Düsseldorf, ca.30 Min nach Köln Trotzdem brauchen Sie nicht auf entspannte Nächte verzichten, da wir sehr ruhig wohnen. Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig in wenigen Min zu erreichen. Dank der eigenen Küche steht einem gesunden und leckeren Start in den Tag nichts im Wege. Freuen Sie sich auf Ihr eigenes im Jahr 2022 neu gebautes Bad um einen stressigen Tag ausklingen zu lassen.

The access is from the shared courtyard and in the back you can enjoy the garden. The covered gate area is ideal to park bicycles and motorbikes.

The small barn has a separate entrance and is part of a 100-year-old half-timbered house. The house is centrally located and quiet with a view of the countryside. Shops and restaurants as well as snacks are within walking distance. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, bathroom and hallway. Upstairs is the bedroom and a couch with TV (smart TV). Wi-Fi is available. The property also has an Expressi coffee machine, a stovetop, microwave and fridge.

Apartment in an old manor

The one-room apartment is about 42 square meters. It has a fully equipped fitted kitchen with a cooking island. In the apartment there is a double bed and an excellent sofa bed by Bali (each 140 wide). Arrival by 10 pm, the courtyard gate is closed at night. Renting for single nights is only possible in exceptional cases, renting to 3 + 4 people only from 3 nights. Cot and high chair cost €3 extra each. No shutters or blinds. NO SMOKING!

Bedroom is basically equipped with a single-bed, an additional double bed (sofa) is located at the living room .

Pretty 2-room apartment

It is a whole apartment on the second floor in a detached house. Communication only takes place via Airbnb. An accommodation fee of €3 must be paid to the city of Kaarst since 1.1.2025. The apartment is not suitable for children under 12. It is possible to park two bikes safely. For additional towels and bed linen, we charge a usage fee of €5.00 per person.
