Vacation rentals with a patio in Jubilee Hills

Our stay at Shruthi's place was very pleasant and we really enjoyed the space and the area. Pros: 1. The place is exactly like the photos. 2. A very nice society and clean and peaceful surrounding 3. Shruthi was very accomodating . so a great host Few things that I'd like to point out. And a great host that Shruthi is she would be more than willing to take the feedback in a very positive manner. 1. Although there are plenty of tea bags available. they are all of green tea. please provide for regular ones as well. 2. Please ensure sufficient drinking water. Having said above, we would love to stay at her place any time visiting Hyderabad. Thanks Shruthi for being such a great host and making our stay very pleasant

The flat is very well maintained and peaceful. The host is very helpful in giving instructions and recommendations.

It was a great stay and we really enjoyed it there. The Host was very responsive and the caretaker also very helpful. All the things were same as it is mentioned in the photos. but the road(path) to get to this location was a bit difficult because of it's ups and downs of it's mountain terrains. We usually took a walk everytime to come to the main road as we all were students at that time. It was really great!!

Overall, its an incredible stay and felt at home. Beat the summer with pleasant stay and enjoy the city.

Very clean, enough kitchen utensils and amenities which will make you feel at home. Very Near to prime locations like Gachibowli, Botanical Garden, Kondapur, DLF, ISB. Best part - When we entered the property there was already a packet of Bread, 1litre Milk and 5 litre water jar, which was not charged from us later. Even we asked the watchman to get a 20 litre water jar for cooking and basic requirements which was never charged to us, even after explicitly asking if I need to pay for them. I have stayed in other AirBnbs priced around 2.5k to 3k per day for 2 BHKs in the city, none offered me such facilities or amenities.

Firstly, the host was very polite, precise and helpful. Madam Soumya gave clear instructions regarding everything. Now, the place. Its located in a beautifull area with lots of nature and the area is quite calm and noise free. All necessary facilities like grocery, markets, restaurants are very nearby and they are good ones. The check in was hassle free into the 2BHK place. The rooms were well furnished and nicely maintained and cleaned. The kitchen had all necessary items required in a day to day household and all facilities were in good working condition, like refrigerator, microwave etc. The place also has a working washing machine placed in the back porch. The beds were clean and big enough for 2 people. The place also boasts of maid service with flexible timings on prior intimation. Cab services can be availed literally from doorstep. Overall we had a 5 star experience and I thank the host, Madam Soumya for the wonderfull and nicely kept place. Surely coming back whenever I visit.

This airbnb was an absolute delight! From the moment I stepped in, I felt at home. The space was clean and perfectly decorated. Sanjay was an amazing host - responsive, helpfuI .Thoroughly enjoyed my time there and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a warm and welcoming stay in Hyderabad!

Good place to live and party

We enjoyed our stay. When we needed help with opening the lock, and sending my niece to the airport, the supervisor really came thru fir us and helped. very grateful.

I had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything I needed. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and check-in was a breeze. My host Mr. Prem and his wife were responsive, kind, and went out of their way to make sure I felt welcome. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting!

Had a great stay there...They hosted us very well Location was a bit inside and felt difficult to reach..But all cabs are reachable.. we felt the hosts are very amicable and wanted to stay back some more days..Also, host said if cab is not on time, he ll drop us personally to the airport..Thanku so much for that aneel garu.. overall experience is very great and we would love to stay again

We stayed here for almost two months, the place is centrally located with lot of popular restaurants near by. The rooms are pretty big and maintained well. The host is really friendly and responsive.

Nice and homely stay..

We stayed here with family of 5 and we felt being at home. All the amenities are available. Glad that we could find such a good host and a great home to stay. Would definitely recommend for families.

Great property

The place is well located, a few meters from the main road, and has all the amenities for an extended stay outside home. The place is super clean, well furnished with all the equipment needed, from bedsheets, towels to kitchen utensils. The host is always responsive, proactively prompting before check-in, following up after about the stay. Onsite maid is available, for a price, following up about any help needed. I have searched for similar accommodations around, that are half the size this place has and charge similar or more.

It was great experience, flat was nice with the view from balcony and the society was well maintained and early morning walk in society was memorable. Easy to checkin with parking. so many dishes stove and needy groceries available.
