Amazing Loft at Old Factory & 360° Green Rooftop

Amazing loft located at an old garment factory renovated as modern LEED apartment building. This building recycles all water and reuses it for the rooftop urban agriculture area. The loft furniture was carefully curated to make the area comfortable while stylish and enjoyable. The rooftop has a 360° view of CDMX, with direct view to the skyline of the Reforma buildings. The Santa María neighborhood is well connected to Polanco, the Airport, Chapultepec, Condesa, Juárez and the Historic Center.

Discover the City from this small and cozy oasis. A space full of light and with details that will make you feel in Mexico. The place is very quiet and the apartment lovingly decorated. As a host we can support you with whatever you need, do not hesitate to ask and if it is in our hands we will gladly do so. High ceilings, wooden beams and traditional pasta floors. A loft with a lot of character. The kitchen is fully equipped and the bathroom and its tub is an ideal way to end the day.

We are not a company, we are a little family that will receive you in our cozy Mexican-style loft in a small, newly built building with all the comforts. Its large windows make the space flow and are integrated with the private terrace where you can enjoy the weather. Located in "la Juárez" next to Roma and Condesa, but better located since you will be close to Paseo de la Reforma, where to the west you will find the Chapultepec and Polanco area, and to the east the Historic Center.

Rodeada de galerías, tiendas de diseño, bares... Un dormitorio tiene estudio privado, el otro convive con el área pública del departamento pero en otro nivel. El departamento está en planta baja pero existen escaleras en el interior.

The loft is on the second floor and there is no elevator, so you have to use stairs to get there.
