Vacation rentals with an EV charger in Juan-les-Pins, Antibes

After 2 weeks in Roberto's apartment I can only be positive about the whole picture. First of all I have to mention the great view over the sea, the swimming pool and the small beaches. But what we especially liked was the peace. What a nice place to stay! The apartment itself fully met expectations, and those were already positive. Breakfast with the newly risen sun is also wonderful. The explanation upon arrival in the beautifully cleaned apartment was good, complete and cozy. My compliments. The box with cookies was also very much appreciated and underlined the friendliness. As a host I have experienced Roberto as very pleasant. His enthusiasm and completeness in reporting is infectious. We have received a lot of nice tips about local sights and places to eat and despite the fact that we have been on holiday on this coast for years, there were also a few nice new ones for us. Thanks! A bit shorter: highly recommended!

I traveled with a 3-year-old, and it was perfect for a family of 3. It's a little over 10 minutes by car to Cannes Beach, and the host couple is very kind and gives a lot of explanations. There were a lot of children's toys, so I was very satisfied. I recommend it as a Cannes accommodation.

We stayed in Petra's accommodation for the second time and as with the last visit it was beautiful! Petra is accommodating, friendly and always has great new tips! An absolute recommendation! From now on, an integral part of our annual vacation planning!

Well located near the old town and ideal for a family of four. Has parking as well although we didn’t have a car.

It was a very pleasant stay and I highly recommend everyone to stay. The location is good, the house is in the middle of two big squares, there are many restaurants and cafes near by, as well as two Carrefour.Security feels good, and you don't have to worry about coming back at night.It was not far from the train station, less than 10 minutes away, which was really very convenient. Marlene, the host, was very responsible and quick to respond to messages, and her house was very clean, just like the pictures, it was very comfortable to live in.The kitchen is well-stocked and perfect for guests who want to cook their own meals. It is important to note that please remember to bring your own toiletries; the room is on the third floor, and you need to carry your luggage up the stairs.

Great and secluded place, even being so close to everything. Serena gave great information and pro-actively checked in by message to hear everything was okay. Loved the peaceful vibe and great ocean view.

Kevin was by far the most thoughtful host I’ve experienced throughout different continents and cultures. He took time to show us around the property, recommend local dining spots, point out the grocery store across the street and their hours, and was overall very welcoming. His property was pristine and super peaceful, with direct beach access and a lovely garden view. We will definitely be back!

⸻ We had a great stay! The host was friendly and communicated clearly throughout, which we really appreciated—especially since we were traveling from the U.S. to France. It was a bonus that they spoke English, making everything easier. The house was clean, just as pictured, and met all our expectations. The views of the ocean from the home were beautiful and made the experience even more special. We would happily stay again. Thank you for a smooth and enjoyable visit!

Our stay at the new Villa Topolino was excellent: the villa itself is very nice and welcoming, recently refurbished and pleasant to live in, even with two families at the same time. Rebecca has offered extra support during a storm that stopped electricity in the neighborhood. The shared spaces including the patio, an amazing garden, plus the external jacuzzi and external kitchen are beautiful to enjoy from morning to night. The location is very convenient and silent all day and night, close to Garoupe beach, and to the sentier du Littoral. Antibes is 20 min walk. Rebecca has been a wonderful host, very proactive, welcoming, patient, she made everyone feel at home.

There were three of us at Celine and Julien's house in early May 2025. Both are very accommodating and friendly, inquiries were answered promptly. Thank you both for that. The house is perfectly located for visits to the surrounding villages and towns (Antibes, Cannes, Nice, etc.) as well as for starting extensive hikes. The pool offers a very nice and popular way to refresh afterwards. The rooms are very nice, the kitchen is huge and invites you to cook with friends. We would always love to come again. We spent a really nice vacation there. The domain is very quietly located, with a lot of comfort. The owners are very discreet but present and very helpful if you have any questions. Highly recommended for those who want to visit the region, and yet enjoy the tranquility.

My friend and I had a wonderful stay at Patricia’s home. She and Claude were the perfect hosts! The views from the balcony were breathtaking. They were so kind and very responsive . Loved my stay here . I will be back !

We had a wonderful stay with our 20 month old during the last week of May. The location was beautiful and quiet and we walked to St Paul de Vence many times in the late afternoon. The weather was perfect and we all took dips in the pool daily. Our favorite recommendation, however, was nearby Tourettes-sur-loup. There were hardly any tourists and the streets were beautiful and quiet. When we continued our vacation in Cannes, we missed our cozy little space here.

Little slice of heaven, surrounded by trees and singing birds, Very close to transport and just 15 minutes from the historic center with museums, beautiful shops and delicatessen :-) Françoise thinks of everything for our comfort and is a very good source of information for visits to the area. We really enjoyed our 3 night stay! I was initially a little worried about the noise level that other people wrote about but we all slept well and found the place to be quiet with the sound proof windows and blackout shutters. It is above restaurants but not bars / clubs and by bedtime it’s very quiet since people are done with dinner. We appreciated the nearby parking garage that was included in the stay bc we ended up just using the train to get to Nice and Monaco. It was definitely the right choice as parking would have been challenging. Lastly, Mary let me have a 11:30am check out which worked out well for me as I had a flight later that day. It allowed me to sleep in and pack without being rushed to check out by 10am.

Great place to stay in the middle of Nice in a perfect location. You are 2 minutes from the sea and the Promenade des Anglais. 10 minutes to the old town, many restaurants and bars are very close. The place is tastefully decorated. We had a very nice stay and enjoyed breakfast on the small terrace every morning! Mylene is a very friendly and always helpful hostess.

The place is modern, spotlessly clean, and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked up with every essentials. The location is near the beach with many cafes and restaurants nearby. A tram station is within the walking distance. Check-in process was straightforward. The host was very kind, accommodating and hospitable. I was allowed early check in.

A perfect stay! Highly recommended to anyone vacationing in Nice — this apartment is more beautiful than the photos :) Spacious, with sea-facing terrace, fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.The location is excellent — right across from the beach and just a short walk to tram and bus stops. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful. Alain generously allowed us to store luggage and delivered it to the apartment, he welcomed us and explained every detail. We once accidentally locked ourselves the balcony, Suzanne came to our rescue right away — thank you again!

I would stay here every time. I stayed in another area before Remi’s and this location was perfect, super walkable and the area is pretty quiet. I honestly booked because I loved the Window in the studio and the view didn’t disappoint! Whenever I return, I just hope it’s not fully booked for me! 10/10! Definitely stay here for your Cannes trip!
