The four of us stayed in Reijo's beautiful wooden cabin for a week in mid to late Sept. - and our expectations were far exceeded. Reijo, the host, picked us up at the bus station in his car, which was incredibly helpful. On our arrival, he showed us around the hut, which he built himself with a lot of love and dedication. You can feel this personal touch in every detail. The hut is equipped with all the essentials and we were also given Wi-Fi on request. However, I can only recommend enjoying your time there without internet to really switch off. Activities & surroundings The location on the lake is fantastic! We had access to two rowing boats, two SUPs and even a pedal boat, which we used to explore the lake every day - it's really worth discovering the area from the water. The rest of the time we spent on the jetty, in front of the cosy fireplace in the evening or in the sauna. Reijos Cottage is a place to relax, switch off and enjoy - at any time of year!

Easy cottage accommodation in a really beautiful location. Everything you needed was available, cutlery, bed linen and toilet paper. Wonderfully atmospheric cottage and location. The host was really kind and responded quickly. Heated the sauna in his own home for an extra fee, so that we could have a proper wash. Nice experience.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was absolutely beautiful — nestled in the forest right by the lake, it was peaceful and relaxing with stunning views. Check-in was easy thanks to the clear and detailed instructions, and communication with the host was smooth and prompt throughout. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind in nature!
