In the heart of Arnay-le-Duc, 18thcentury bourgeois house with large garden. Gite in the middle of the house, independent entrance. You can radiate to the Morvan Regional Park, the tourist sites of Dijon, Saulieu, Fontenay, the Beaune vineyards or the Roman ruins of Autun.

Welcome to our spacious and comfortable Gîte in Essey. The original building is from circa 1840. The Gîte offers room for 2 People with the possibility of 1 child in a travel cot (provided). The ground floor consists of a well equiped kitchen and living space with entrance to your own private garden area. The bedroom and en-suite is on the upper level. Enjoy the sunset with a view over the local pond which can also be used for fishing (Permit included).

I also offer breakfast as well as appetizer boards and a selection of local drinks and wines.

Outbuildings will allow you to store your bikes safely and securely. This cottage has been awarded the "Vignobles & Découvertes" label. It is perfectly insulated to accommodate you comfortably in SUMMER and WINTER.
