Exterior: 120 m² terrace not overlooked (garden furniture, gas barbecue, ping pong table) + garden (bocce ball court, trampoline, swing).

Less than an hour from Paris, in the heart of the Vexin, enjoy a stay combining comfort and nature. The accommodation, located on the ground floor of our house, includes a living room with open kitchen, two bedrooms in a row (double bed 160 cm and bunk beds), a bathroom with spa bath and shower, as well as separate toilets. Sofa bed (110 x 190), baby bed on request, TV with Canal+. Swimming pool, terraces, large garden, trampoline, hammock and soccer cages for young and old.

Spacious, bright 110 m² apartment on the top floor of a large listed house in the center of town, with garden, unheated swimming pool open from May/June to mid-September, free parking, beautiful view of the Montmorency forest. 3 minutes from train station and shops. Paris 25 minutes by train or car. Near Bouffemont and Domont golfs. Possibility of renting 1 queen-size double bedroom +1 private bathroom, on the lower floor at additional cost, via airbnb.

Le Cottage, peaceful oasis near Giverny

NO PARTIES OR BIRTHDAYS Single-family home with equipped kitchen, 2 independent bedrooms, 1 of which is on the mezzanine. The house is on our property and has access to a covered pool shared with us. The pool is not heated and therefore not accessible in winter (October to May). We are ideally located between Paris and Rouen and less than a quarter of an hour from Giverny. A great base for exploring Paris and Normandy. English spoken fluently.
