We had a great stay here. The room was clean, and the host was friendly, flexible, and helpful, which made our trip much smoother. The location is close to the Buddha Stupa, with plenty of walkable restaurants. Note that reaching the room requires climbing stairs, not an issue for us, but it could be a problem for the elderly or those with heavy luggage.

In such a busy city as Kathmandu, Pratima's place offers peace and quiet in a lovely neighbourhood. And with lovely views as well. The location was perfect for my circumstances, and Pratima was a very responsive and hospitable host.

Deepti is super friendly and her family members are super lovely. Their dog Shasha is well trained, come to welcome us everyday when we back and bring us so much fun!

Amrit was a great host! The stay became one of the most memorable part of our vacation. I would highly recommend taking tips from Amrit on the tourism in Nepal and Kathmandu. Can't wait to be hosted by the wonderful couple again :)

The room I got looks exactly the same as in the photo. I also had a chance to experience the local culture, like people marching on the street and singing. Whenever I send a message, the host replies quickly and handles everything very efficiently :)

The BEST Airbnb I’ve ever booked in Nepal! The space is stunning—loft-style, modern, peaceful, and filled with natural light. The big balcony was my favorite spot to relax. It’s located in a quiet area but super convenient—there’s a laundry and mini grocery right next door, with fruit stalls and several mini marts nearby. Great cafés and restaurants are just a 5–10 min walk, and the iconic Boudhanath Stupa is only 10–15 mins away. Jas, the host, was incredible—so warm, kind, and helpful. He made me feel truly welcome and taken care of. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Kathmandu!

This is my third time staying here. What more can I say? As always, the apartment was comfortable and well-located to avoid the intensity of older parts of the city while still being accessible to everything. Excellent groceries, coffee shops and restaurants with walking distance. Adhiraj is always responsive and friendly. A wonderful home away from home!

My parents had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The host went above and beyond by helping me with printing out family pictures to greet them. He also assisted my parents with getting settled into the Airbnb, which made their stay incredibly convenient. The house itself was superbly clean and the view from the balcony was breathtaking. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable and enjoyable stay! It was lovely ☺️

I had a wonderful stay at Bishnu’s apartment in the Bhatbhateni Apartments in Kathmandu. The location is excellent, with easy access to local attractions and amenities. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it feel like a home away from home. Kiran was an excellent local host—responsive, friendly, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Kathmandu and would gladly stay here again in the future.

Cannot recommend this Airbnb enough, you will not regret the experience! Yan's Airbnb is extremely well done, with fine attention to detail. The room is curated with traditional Nepalese style furnishings and exudes an ambiance reflective of that. Yan himself was an excellent host, picking me up from the airport and showing me around Kathmandu the entire duration of my stay. I even went to his families home for tea! His recommendations are good and communication clear. I will certainly be back!

Sachin is an excellent host. During the 2 months we stayed here we were never concerned that he wasn’t always attentive and available if needed. The apartment is modern and well appointed, especially compared to other places we’ve staying in Nepal. The entrance is down an alley that provides some separation from the busy streets nearby. It’s very close to Patan Durbar Square so a lot to see in and around the area. It’s a much more authentic stay that Thamel. We highly recommend.

Thanks to Sailesh for hosting us :) Finding a similar quality of accommodation at such an attractive price, I won't get over it anytime soon haha The neighborhood is peaceful and old. It's beautiful and a good place to stay. I spent two weeks in this Triplex and am disappointed that I couldn't stay longer… It feels like home, and the luxury of being on three floors frankly. It's very well-appointed and bright! The apartment is very clean and a housekeeper can come at your request! I thank the host again for their friendliness and I can't wait to spend my next stay in this beautiful apartment. Small plus on the washing machine and the terrace at the top :)

The apartment is beautiful and looks just like the photos. Very clean. Bathroom in every bedroom. Sweta was really helpful and responded to every message very quickly. The guard downstairs is also always there to help. The area makes it easy to get to most parts of Kathmandu and is quiet with some great restaurants around.

Great place. Kiran's flat has a nicely finished interior, is spaceous with a full kitchen and lots of outdoor space, ample parking and friendly security. Strong aircon and very conveniently located near the airport with convenient shopping just outside and a quick cab ride to essential sites in the KTM valley -- this place comes highly recommended. Very friendly and helpful host as well, I'll definitely be staying again.

We have had an amazing stay at Kathmandu Mega Appartement, which is perfectly located with many things to do nearby. Thakur was a great and thoughtful host, making us decide to add a few more nights here after traveling around Nepal.

The place is nice and cozy and is well facilitated with all the utilities. The apartment is located in prime city area with loads of options for restaurants. Places like the Kathmandu Durbar Square is also within walking distance if you are looking to explore the city. The apartment itself is clean and well maintained and is secluded if you are looking for some privacy. The owner is also super nice and friendly. Overall my experience here was good and I recommend this place.
