Simply put ‘Rad Shack’ is a wonderful, little hidden gem. Madeleine/Kelly were tremendous hosts - communicating detailed instruction. Quaint, efficient layout of the space, private/peaceful property and surrounding area. Everything is thoughtfully curated including the path down to the beach, though it traverses some thick brush and at one point you must climb up creek bank about 5ft but there are big rocks and a tree stump to help you along. Believe me, it’s worth the 10-12min hike to the water. Kitchen includes oven w/3 burner stove, small bar fridge(no freezer), all dishes/bowls and cutlery, indoor space heater, plenty of lighting options and power outlets. Dinning table w/booth seating doubles as work space. Loft bed is sturdy if not a bit tricky to get up/down but there’s conveniently placed handles to grasp. Patio features a fire pit and bench seating. Wood and kindling provided. Private outdoor toilet and shower well stocked with toilet paper, shampoo/bath wash. You should book

What a gem. The vibe in and around this magical little “cabin” is high. Fires, outdoor bathes, beach walks and amazing gravel bike / dirt bike access to a beautiful trail system with great views from high above. The bed and pillows are so comfortable, the bathroom is super clean and the kitchen has everything one needs to prepare great meals. Aletta is very chill and super friendly and her dogs really add to the already perfect vibe. Book it! You won’t regret it!

This is a true gem and an amazing space to stay in while visiting the West Coast and would stay here again over and over. The outdoor space was well designed for privacy and feels like you’re on your own in the great outdoors to enjoy a campfire and the beautiful outdoor tub was spectacular and such a treat. We loved all the extra amenities and the space was very well designed indoors and felt like home.

It was our second time staying here, and would come back in a heartbeat! Julie is a wonderful host and the space is so lovely and relaxing.
