House, without exterior, in the village of Seguret. This is a house renovated in 2023 with very nice amenities. It consists of a large living room/living room with kitchen, upstairs 2 bedrooms with 2 en-suite bathrooms. This house is next to our own house. You can enjoy our swimming pool during the summer period from June 1st to October 31st: Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. The WE and holidays according to our availability. The pool is a 2min walk away.

This cottage for 2 people is located on the ground floor. Its easy-access entrance is independent. With its Provencal decoration, it has all the comforts to guarantee you a pleasant stay. From its private terrace, shaded by a pergola, you will have stunning views of the garden and the vineyards. The 25 m² studio is equipped with a queen-size bed (180 x 200 cm), or two single beds (90 x 200 cm), a fully equipped kitchen, a living area, and a bathroom with toilet. Reversible wifi and air conditioning.

The house overlooks the large courtyard planted with century-old plane trees, the vineyards, the large garden, Mont Ventoux and the Dentelles de Montmirail. A haven of peace, with an elegant, authentic and uncluttered rural atmosphere. Ideal for 2, 3 or 4 people, in early or late season, to discover the Haut-Vaucluse.

"Le Cab' en Provence***" is ideally located between Orange, Avignon and Vaison-la-Romaine. Visit the region, from Mont Ventoux to the Lubéron, follow the Côtes du Rhône wine route and enjoy the sea, 1 hour's drive away, between Marseille and Arles. Bikes welcome: the Via Venaissia (bike route) is 50 m away and joins other routes. You have a private outdoor space (not fenced) and access to the shared swimming pool (unheated) (June to September) and the garden.
