Gamlestova at Juv

Juv is much more than just house and bed! Gamlestova was the original farmhouse and has the same amazing views as Juvsøyna at Juv and Gamletunet at Juv. From the four-poster bed in the living room you can wake up to the sunrise and if you are lucky enough to follow a tourist boat on the way to Olden with your eyes. In the evening you can fire in the oven, feel the good heat, read a good book and fall asleep to the light of the flames and the sound from the wood-burning stove close by. NB! Outdoor hot tub and car charger are not included in rent price.

Skule house that has turned into a bust house. Newly renovated and modernized in 2023. Over 3 meters in ceiling heights in the “classomma”, timber walls, stylish and overlooking Jølstravatnet that can freshen the window or from the porch. The house has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Lovely living room with kitchen and dining room, as well as a TV room. Jølster offers mountain hikes all year round. Close to the house there are great cross country tracks in winter, as well as many mountain hiking trails. Pets are not allowed. IG: @gamleskulen

Welcome to Jølster! This cottage is idyllically located at the waterfront at Jølstravatnet, with fantastic views. Enjoy lazy or active days in the immediate vicinity of both the sea and mountains. The outdoor area is large, and here you can enjoy long summer days, go out with the rowing boat (included), swim in crystal clear water, try out SUP boards or kayak (which is also included). Here you will have a unique experience framed in one of Norway's finest views, where you can at the same time enjoy the sense of luxury and silence. Jølet! Think of floating above the ground on a bed of roaring water with stars in Aug! It is exactly what you can experience in Jølet, the cabin that is special to provide an optimal sense of close proximity to nature. On the edge of a pond, created by the river a thousand years old to reach the fjord, weave the cabin partly on the terrain. Located completely by itself without close neighbors, but overlooking cultural landscapes and rural areas, this is a perfect city both for relaxation and activity.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful residence in the middle of mountains and fjords on Sunde, by the blue-green Oldevatnet /Oldewater. Here you have many hiking opportunities if you like to walk in the mountains. Klovane, Kjenuken/Høgenibba and Kattanakken are among the many popular top hikes in the area. 15 min drive to Briksdal glacier one way and 15 min drive to Loen and Hoven the other way. 30 min to Stryn. Place is well equipped with ready-made beds, towels and cleaning included!
