Cabin with stunning views in tranquil surroundings. Short distance to the fjord and a rowing boat is available in the summer months. The cabin has a mini kitchen, fridge, small oven and microwave. No dishwasher. Bathroom with shower and toilet, heating cables in the floor. Living room with lounge group, dining table and a cozy fireplace. The bedrooms are very small. Covered porch with outdoor furniture. Bed linen and towels are not included. When it snows, you have to park by the road and walk the last 50 m up to the cabin. Parking by the cabin during summer.

Jølet! Imagine lying suspended above the ground on a bed of rushing water with stars in your eyes! That's exactly what you can experience in Jølet, the cabin that is specially designed to give an optimal feeling of closeness to nature. On the edge of a "jøl" (a type of riverbank), created by the river's thousand-year effort to reach the fjord, the cabin partially floats in the terrain. Situated completely by itself without close neighbors, but overlooking the cultural landscape and village, this is a perfect place for both relaxation and activity.

In this place you live at the top of the orchard at the farm Påldtun. Here you can enjoy a nice view of fjords and mountains. There is a short distance to the jetty. Here you can rent a boat and sauna or take a morning swim. You will experience life in the village with grazing animals and work that takes place in the season. When you stay in our orchard you are free to pick and eat the fruit that is on the farm. Short distance to Sandane city center. We accept bookings for mountain trips/fishing trips in our local area. The cabin is situated on a farm at Helle in Sunnfjord, in a beautiful scenery at Førdefjorden. It has an amazing view to the fjord and the majestic snow top mountain with a glacier. Nearest supermarked is in Naustdal, 12 km from the cabin, and local cafe/shop is 10 min away. Free WiFi in the cabin. Motorboat for rent (summer season). Self service farm shop with fresh eggs!

The camping is an excellent starting point for hiking trips to Haugabreen glacier, Oldeskaret and Briksdalen during summer and Snønipa(1827m) for back country skiing in winter and spring.
