Fish in one of the hundreds of lakes with both natural and implanted trout, pick berries in the mountain forest, walk in the nature reserve, go on a snowshoe hike, swim in the ice or just enjoy the silence. If you prefer downhill skiing, you can take the car about 15 minutes to the village of Kåbdalis. Also, take the opportunity to enjoy unique sauna baths in the wood-fired sauna with its own dock. This newly built dream home also contains all the amenities you might need during your stay.

Small cabin by the river

Accommodation right next to the river. You will stay in a guesthouse of a total of 18 square meters, including bathroom. In all seasons, you can just sit on the bridge and enjoy nature. Max 2 people, even children are counted as people. The residence is not adapted for more people, so it is important to respect this limit. No pets are allowed to be brought along. You can easily get to the accommodation by car both summer and winter. Rental cars should be booked well in advance as there are a lot of people during the season.

Kiruna Poikkijärvi - riverside house

My house is close to Icehotel, restaurants and grocery store, the beach and family-friendly activities during the winter season when you can go to Jukkasjärvi over the frozen river. You'll love my place because of the vibe, the outside space, and the light. Many of our guests have been lucky enough to see the amazing Northern Lights, Aurora Borealis. In summer, the accommodation is perfect for fishing enthusiasts who want to easily get out on the Torne River. There are nice trails in the woods for walking and running

CADAM For All Season

Relax with the whole family, friends or co-workers in this peaceful and amazing accommodation. The house consists of four bedrooms with two separate single beds and a total of eight beds. There are pillows, blankets and clean bed linens and towels for all our guests. There are two toilets, only one with a shower. The laundry room with newer and fresh appliances such as: washing machine and dryer. In the kitchen there is a new dishwasher, complete with all basic kitchen equipment. Free parking in the yard.

Charming cottage Torne river

Private located at our homestead in the small village of Paksuniemi, 6km from Jukkasjärvi. The cottage has views over the Torne river valley with access through our own courtyard facing south wich you can roam and stroll down to the private waterfront. Open space to easy walk and look at the nightsky with stars and aurora, without disturbing lightpollution. The quiet, secluded and open location gives access to walk or ski out on the frozen river on the skitrack or snowmobile track in winter.

Villa in Jäckvik - with lake view, sauna, and boat

Nice house in Jäckvik - right by Hornavan, with room for both the large family and the smaller party; 30 kilometers from Luleå, 27 kilometers from Piteå, 28 kilometers from Skellefteå and 21 kilometers from Bodö. Jäckvik's ski lift is only 1.5 km away where you can go downhill skiining or use the crosscountry tracks. With Jäckvik as a starting point you can drive snowmobile or fishing in Hornavan and in the mountain lakes. If you like walking, Kungsleden does not pass far from the house.

This is a comfortable modern house in the nature overlooking a beautiful calm river Luleälv. Panorama windows, large terrace with views and lots of light. Calm beautiful area less than 1 hour from higher mountains and 10 minutes in car for shops. Very private perfect for nature excursions, kayak, skiing, cross country or slalom or just relaxing in the middle of the nature and enjoying wildlife and nature. It´s a dream from children and safe, also perfect for well behaved dogs.

Luxury riverside cottage

Exclusive cottage located 8 km southeast of Jukkasjärvi/Icehotell at the stand of Torne river with south facing position. Car traffic is almost non-existent, only a few private cottages nearby with private road / dead ends. The cottage is 90 sqm with 40 sqm loft and equipped for 6 people. There are 2 bedrooms with 2 beds each and a double bed on the loft, kitchen, living room, bathroom with shower and WC. (Blinding curtains in the two bedrooms, not on the loft)

Newly built beautifully situated cottage in fantastic environment, quiet right next to a rapids in the Arjeplogsströmmarna. Fantastic fishing. Jetty and barbecue area. Completely secluded location. It has also proved to be a good place to see the Northern Lights because there are no street lights that shine and disturb the observations during the dark time of the year. However, there are no guarantees that you will see it unless the conditions are right.
