Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Johor Bahru District

I booked 2 nights of total 14 adults and 2 childrens and like to review Eric house very spacious can accommodate all of us with sufficient bedrooms and mattress. He also provided us with clean bath towels and also toothbrush set. He even provided free coffee tea soft drinks and instant noodles. Very good services. Also toilet are clean and don't seem to have sewage smell compared to the previous I booked. However I like to inform Eric to be more cautious on the cleaniness of stairways as when I first checked in I saw hairs and dust not properly cleaned and my 2 childrens they played and sit on it. But nevertheless Eric house is still recommended to stay and my next visit. Thank you Eric for allowing early and late check out and also the quick responsive reply whenever I need information.

Came for a birthday celebration, had a bbq party and enjoyed. Dina was very responsive and helpful. recommended

We were travelling with extended family and there were a grand total of 11 of us. We had a room each and the house catered right ot our need. Everything was clean and functional. The location felt safe and there were malls and eateries within driving proximity. We spent 1 of the day in Legoland and again, the location was close to places of attraction. Will definitely return again.

The place is clean and well maintained. All the listed facilities are working well. Wang puts in effort to maintain the unit and is also attentive to make sure that we are comfortable with our stay even with the small details. We enjoyed our stay alot. Thank you very much.

This house is super safe as its the first house of the Taman and right in front of the security post. Which is gated and guarded 24x7. Your car is parked withing the compound literally right under your noses!! Not at a carpark 30-100m away. The house itself is clean and has a simple renovation, emphasizing on "spaciness". Able to accommodate up to 12 adults. Wifi and modern entertainment like netflix are readily available. Located in a peaceful neighborhood and serene environment, away from busy streets and city noise. Children will enjoy the space at the corner. Big enough to run around. We also chit chat at the gazebo over coffee and enjoy the outdoor and sunset. Besides this, no problem in getting to popular places like IKEA, Aeon Tebrau, Toppen and Austin Heights area for abundance of foodies!! Will definitely return and stay here in the near future. Clean and spacious .

whatever you see is whatever you get and that's absolutely worth it. the place is huge for a my group of 4. we were there for only one night with a VERY HOT weather. the aircond works fine but took long to cook the living areas. other than that, would love to return. host was very responsive which is greatly appreciated 👍

It was a great and wonderful stayed. The rooms are clean and comfy, nice Seaview and sunset it so amazing we love it. Very convenient to get foods for breakfast and dinners. We strongly recommended and might come again.

Best host ever, Some hiccups but the host took time to call me to assure us she is gonna fix the problem. She even refunded us for the first day stay and 20% off for our next booking with her. She handled the situation swiftly. And not forgetting we checked in after midnight and she was able to reply and call me to explain and apologise soo many times. Such a nice caring person. Highly recommend. Apartment was super nice view. Very cosy. Only had to wait for the lift. Took forever. But it’s normal. Thank you Host;)🥰😍😍

The location of this apartment is very good near to all those popular shopping area and a lot of nearby restaurant to try. The apartment feels comfortable when staying here feels like home. The host was very good and replied to every request that I have. So if you’re in Johor Bahru give this apartment a try

The place was clean and had everything you needed. The area is safe and there’s a mall nearby so you can get any food you want. If there are some instructions for how to get there more easily if you come from JB Sentral, it would be great for the guests not to get the wrong way since it’s a bit hard to find and a bit far from that station. But nothing else I could complain about. I stayed there cozy and relaxed.

Feel like home. super clean and no moldy smell. greeted with friendly security guard. Homestay but feel like hotel.

It’s located by the waterfront, not many shops there but across the pedestrian bridge is where the mall located, from there it’s walkable to JB Sentral, so easily connected for one arriving from KL and leaving for Singapore. We were initially confused with the parking for residential access and visitor access, the guard couldn’t help as he classified we all were visitors, but the host was responsive to help and direct us accordingly.

Appreciate Host for allowing late check-in. Always responsive and reply message promptly. The studio was exactly same as images posted and has a clean bathroom. Location is accessible to Paradigm Mall and Sutera Mall. Just across the airbnb, there is this Ah Biao famous Wanton Noodles and 24/7 KK Mart available. Has personal parking lot but Check-in a little troublesome as you need to exit as a Visitor to go to the mailbox to collect your pass AND then exit as a visitor to return pass, and Enter again via resident pass (same process for check-out). But overall still a convenient location and comfy stay. Thank you!

Amazing first experience for us! Our Airbnb host was very responsive and helpful as well. The check-in/out instructions, all the details given were clear and helpful for first timers like us. Upon checking in, everything looks great like the photos, we felt right at home at this Airbnb. The kitchen is very well equipped with all the things you need. Love the pool view, and we also met very nice neighbours of the apartment while swimming! :) Location was convenient as well, there were so many amenities right below the apartment. We definitely enjoyed our stay here! We have stayed in Suasana Suites several times, and this is the best apartment yet, with clean rooms and bedding, no clutter, smart TV with lots of options, great view from the bedrooms, etc. Will surely come back again

My family enjoyed staying there. The place is clean and have a nice scenery at a high floor. Host is friendly, responsive and gave clear instructions.

check in fuss free hut you need to fill up the forms from the security office first before getting in to the mail room to get the access card. Instructions from LC is clear. The place is clean and my kids love the place. walkable to restaurants and Starbucks we stay again. thanks
