This newly built garden suite is directly across the road from an ocean passage which is frequented by marine wildlife such as killer, humpback and minke whales, seals, sea lions, sea otters and bald eagles. Welcome to Tahsis Farm, a 187 acre (76 hectare) property situated 3km south west of Tahsis on a steep rocky mountainside, with a pebble beach, 90ft waterfall nearby, and spectacular views of Tahsis Mountain, Mt McKelvie and Rugged Mountain. The Mount Bate site consists of a 2018 Jayco 175RD SLX trailer equipped with all the basic amenities: a gazebo with patio lighting, a BBQ, and a propane fire table. This site also has a private path leading to a sitting area with patio chairs.

This cozy bungalow is equipped with a full kitchen and bathroom with tub and shower. One queen bed in the loft but due to it being a loft there is limited head space and a steep ladder staircase to access it so not safe for small children or people with mobility issues. The couch in the living room pulls out into a double bed for extra sleeping space. Kitchen is stocked with coffee, tea, hot chocolate, sugar and salt and pepper. Fire pit area outside with picnic table.
