Luxurious & Spacious 6BR w/ Pool/Kayak/Lake/Golf

A wonderful home with 6 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. Large lot with in ground pool next to an oversize covered patio. Decorator touches throughout home with wood floors, ceramic tile and plush carpet. A chef's kitchen that opens into the oversized great room living area. The house is near to a golf course at Kirtley park and we have golf clubs available for our guests. Across the street there is a lake and our guests can use the canoes and kayaks we have at the house. The bikes can be used as well.

Beautiful Country Lake House with Pool Access

Relax with the whole extended family at County Road Acres, our beautiful 7 bedroom country manor. Our thoughtfully designed 4,000 sqft space was made to accommodate 2-3 families, with 2 of the 7 bedrooms being adjoining kid rooms with access through the main bedrooms. We have private swimming pool access, dedicated work-study spaces, a modern large kitchen, and lots of fun different nooks to explore. We are 15mins from Alvarado lake for some of the finest fishing and just 50mins from DFW Airport

The Shack

The SHACK is an eclectic space that evolved from our love of building with repurposed materials. Includes old cedar fence pickets, floor tile is made from an old tree. As The SHACK took shape we decided that the theme is sort of anything redneck construction including duck tape, even has a chain link clothes line. With all the amenities of course!! We hand built the custom waterfall sink faucet. Bed is held up w/log chains, tile shower that resembles a quilt w/ exposed copper plumbing.

Perfect for family fun and relaxation. Dive into the sparkling water that goes to 3 feet up to 12 feet deep. We do ask 2 hours notice to use the hot tub. Fire pit with seating for 8 to 10. The house was spotless and we felt right at home. The backyard had a ton of space and felt private and the pool was big and clean. We got a lot of use out of the grill and the kitchen had everything we needed. There were a lot of streaming options on the television as well as games to play. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe. Check in and check out instructions provided by Amber were easy to follow and she seemed very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend!
