A wonderful home with 6 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. A large lot, completely fenced in back yard, with an in ground pool and a hot tub! A Nespresso machine with coffee pods for an inviting and rich cup of joe. A chef's kitchen that opens into the oversized great room living area. The house is near to a golf course at Kirtley park and we have golf clubs available for our guests. Across the street there is a lake and our guests can use the canoes and kayaks we have at the house.

We also have a two car garage with a 50 amp EV connection, so bring your charger! No need to look for a charging station, your car will be ready to go in the morning. We have a TV in each bedroom, and 98” TV in the living room with sound system.

In fact we love this neighborhood so much that we live one block over. You will also enjoy being centrally located. The drive to downtown, the Hulen park, Splash Station, or HEB are less than 2 minutes away!
