Quiet family oriented neighborhood. 10 miles from Kiawah Island featuring beautiful beaches and some of the best golf in SC including the famous PGA course at Kiawah Golf course. Folly Beach 12 miles away and downtown Charleston 10 miles away. The interior has been recently renovated with 2 smaller bedrooms and a medium size master bedroom. The home includes a large deck for coffee and a mid size bbq grill. **Unfortunately due to a few inconsiderate guests, we no longer allow pets. *** Sorry.

We had an awesome stay at Jayne’s house. The location is terrific and the house is fully stocked with everything you need for a great visit. We enjoyed the pool and pool area every day. Such a great spot, perfect for our babymoon getaway! Absolutely beautiful location, the beach is quite literally right in your backyard. Extremely quiet, private, and peaceful area. Very easy walk (0.3 ish miles) to coffee/breakfast in the morning at The Nest. We enjoyed the Ocean Room and Hege’s both for fantastic dinners. Freshfields shopping is also an easy drive for shops, groceries, and lunch spots. Ron was a wonderful host - we’d love to return!

Can't say enough about how wonderful our stay was at Captain's Quarters! Barbie instantly makes you feel welcome - from the detailed instructions on finding the villa, restaurant recommendations, quick responses on anything and everything to the clean and comfortable accommodations in the villa! The location of the villa is amazing! So quiet and private with quick beach access. We loved the outdoor sunroom area which overlooks the pond - the nature sounds and wildlife views were spectacular! The beach here is pristine too and was never busy, we felt like we had it all to ourselves! Overall 10/10!! We would definitely visit again!

Deans place was the last stop on our 7 week tour across the States. I have to say it was the most organized, clean and beautiful stay we had (out of 22 places). Dean and Pat went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable, familiar with what the area had to offer and took the time to find out what it interests were so they could direct us to what may be of interest locally. Their place really is outstanding and super comfortable. Their Southern hospitality will be remembered when I think of my trip.

This guest apartment was absolutely beautiful. Everything looked just like the photos and the beds were super comfy. Laura left out local pastries for us when we arrived. Such a kind touch! What a gem this cottage was!!! The outdoor tub was the perfect ending to a busy summer day. The house was so quiet and the property, and especially the street, was a stunner!!!
