On the first floor of the villa there is a larger room with a bar for partying, next to the dining room, as well as a kitchen and 2 toilets. On the second floor there are separate rooms for working, sleeping. In the house there are fireplaces, heating by agreement. The nature surrounding the villa is beautiful, parking, convenient access.

Lisatasu eest on võimalik lõõgastuda jõe ääres asuvas led valgustuse ja mullidega kümblustünnis või puuküttega saunas, kust avaneb imeline vaade Põltsamaa jõele.
