We had an excellent experience with this accommodation, the house is exactly as described in the listing: clean, well-equipped and comfortable. The host was extremely helpful, friendly and polite from the start. We arrived at dawn and he welcomed us with joy and that made a lot of difference. The neighborhood is very good, close to the beach, restaurants, markets. I highly recommend it for those looking for a quiet stay with great service. We will definitely be back!

Excellent house, super comfortable and very easy to access! Laura and her very dear mother welcomed us very well! We felt at home, I was with my baby and my 7-year-old son and we were very comfortable, the beach is easily accessible by car, quiet place! It made you want to stay longer! Super recommended! We love it and when we can we will definitely be back! The house is very large and has everything you need, well-equipped! Excellent! The beds are great and all rooms with air conditioning! Good stay!! We just found the house far from things, the nearest beach is a 14-minute walk and the path is super weird, I think it's a new subdivision. But everything else was fine :)

We had an amazing experience at Geison's apartment! The space is exactly as shown in the photos — very clean, nicely decorated, cozy and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed is super comfortable, the shower has great pressure and temperature, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The location is excellent: close to everything, with markets, restaurants and tourist spots accessible on foot or in a few minutes by car. Mobility in the region was super easy, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Without a doubt, it was an excellent stay and we intend to return soon!

Yhis was my 3rd trip to JP, we chose this location b cause of the balcony and it did not disappoint! I spent every hour I had to be working on the balcony, perfect amount of sun, perfect breeze! There is a steakhouse nearly next door, 24 hour pharmacy, padaria, fruit market, and soon to be opened 24 hour grocery store. Always responded to questions and provided plenty of linens for our 2 week stay! Highly recommend!

The flat is very beautiful and really all new, the differential is that it has the option of breakfast paid on the outside, which was well worth the very good food and the very friendly staff. The flat site is by the sea that is very good for hiking and near the Meg mall which has several options of restaurants. We hope to come back more often.

Amazing experience in João Pessoa! Our stay was wonderful. The apartment exceeded all expectations: clean, organized, comfortable, well-structured and with an excellent location in Manaíra, one of the best neighborhoods in the capital. It is close to the beach, Manaíra Shopping, pharmacies, bakeries, snack bars, restaurants, Pão de Açúcar market and UPA. Excellent value for money. It is complete: washing machine, microwave, stove, sandwich maker, blender, TV, air conditioning, hot shower, bed linen and clean towels. It has a double bed, a single bed with an extra bed, a sofa bed, a dining table and all kitchen utensils. The building is secure, monitored, with a great parking space and a quiet and family environment. The host was impeccable: polite, helpful, receptive, kind and always available. We felt welcomed and at home. We will definitely be back!
