Vacation rentals with beach access in João Pessoa

I've rarely stayed in such a good place. The apartment is super new, well equipped and comfortable – the air-conditioning in the room makes a big difference. The location is great, one block from the beach and with several options of bars and restaurants nearby. There are two excellent bakeries on the corner, which helps a lot in everyday life. And best of all: the private Jacuzzi, which is simply sensational. I highly recommend it!

Wonderful location, small and useful, very well-equipped kitchen. Great location, great pool, the building has a laundry room which made it a lot easier, and also a restaurant with very fair prices. Anyway, we love it, and if we come back we'll stay there again.

Beautiful apartment with perfect location! Our stay at the *Petit Noir Apartment* in João Pessoa was simply fantastic! From start to finish, everything worked perfectly and we felt at home. The apartment is stylishly furnished, very clean and equipped with everything you need (kitchen utensils, comfortable bed, air conditioning, fast Wi-Fi). The name *Petit Noir* fits perfectly: simple, but with charm. Especially the balcony was great for relaxing evenings. Everything was sparkling clean, and the sheets and towels were fresh and of high quality. Perfectly located - In a quiet area, but still close to restaurants, cafes and the beach. Supermarkets are also nearby. The host was super friendly and helpful. Good tips for excursions and always available. Check-in went smoothly. We will be happy to come back. 🤩

We had an excellent experience at Luis' Airbnb! The place is very cozy, clean and well equipped. One detail that made all the difference was the crib available for our baby — we felt really welcomed. Everything was thought out with great affection. We recommend for sure and look forward to coming back soon!

I stayed 7 days with my wife. Brand new apartment, well-equipped and clean! Super functional in a location at the end of Cabo Branco's waterfront, 2 km from the hustle and bustle. Quiet. Easy check-in and Fabi is very attentive! I recommend it.

We love the house of Raquel, very spacious, all clean, comfortable beds, wonderful kitchen. Tirando the location that was fantastic, to practice exercise by the sea. Raquel always kind, guiding us with beach and prompts! We love and will be back. Joao Pessoa is beautiful !

Eric’s place was very clean and comfortable, a short walk from the beach, and a short drive to restaurants, shopping, more beaches, tourist locations, and everything you could want while on vacation in Joao Pessoa. Eric was very responsive and helpful throughout our entire stay. We had a great time and highly recommend!

The house is wonderful, it has the comfort of a home, I felt at home. Mr. Ricardo is also wonderful, friendly, helpful, polite and very nice, it's hard to describe him. The house is very well divided and organized. It is in an accessible, safe neighborhood, close to everything. I went to a congress, it left me and everyone who went super satisfied with everything. We'll be back quietly.

initially I would like to talk about the check in, Karol was very flexible regarding the entry allowed us to enter a little before the time set by the app . In relation to the stay in the house was all as expected as shown in the listing , well centered location near the market on the waterfront 5 to 10 minutes walking. In relation to the garage fits up to two small cars, as we were in 3 vehicles one slept outside, according to Karol informed us that it was safe because on the street it had a security camera and the place was very quiet and in fact the street very quiet.. So our lodging was wonderful and when we think of us hosting João person Karol's stay will be a possibility...

I highly recommend Diego's house. With your eyes closed! The house is very comfortable, it is nice to stay, it fits a lot of people.... it is all very close, especially the beach, which is a great advantage. Lovely place. Sara and her husband are such great hosts, doing everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The pool and spa are a plus and the rooftop is perfect to rest and lounge after a long beach day. Thanks Sara, I will definitely stay at your place again when returning to João Pessoa.

Viviane is very kind, super concerned that everything was in the best shape to welcome us. The Flat is beautiful!!! We arrived and everything was clean and smelled good. The kitchen is complete, with pots, a frying pan, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker and a thermos for coffee. There is a clothesline on the balcony, an iron and an ironing board. It was a very comfortable and pleasant stay. I'll be back more often. Thank you!

Very comfortable space, all amenities as advertised. Easy and quick communication with the host, close to everything. Very quiet. Wall-mounted air-conditioning, a little noisy, but very efficient in the bedroom. Kitchen with the necessary for two or three people and an efficient refrigerator. In short, it's worth it and I'll be back as soon as possible.

Isa's flat is amazing, very well equipped, the location is excellent, you feel at home. An easy communication with the host. I recommend it and will be back soon.

The condominium is quiet and safe, great for those traveling with children. The leisure area is perfect, with stunning views. As for Claudiene's space, everything is very clean, organized and cozy. There were 6 of us and it accommodated us perfectly (it would even accommodate more people comfortably). Five-star host. We loved the stay and plan to come back for sure.

Second time staying at Elza's AP. I love the space , comfortable and pleasant apartment to stay in. Completo I feel at home . Pool is wonderful . And Elza is so friendly and proactive .
