My stay was totally family-friendly and the place is exactly as described. I recommend it for those looking for a quiet and private weekend. The house is very cozy, it has everything so you don't get bored and many extras to be comfortable and at ease. The host was always available and friendly, answering any questions or concerns we had. The condominium is almost empty, so the pool and the place were practically for us. The pool is large and always warm due to the heat. We didn't want to leave. It's a place I would definitely return to.

She is a good host, very friendly, and always attentive and available for the messages sent to her. The apartment has all the amenities, very clean and makes you feel right at home. The pool is clean, I just think it needs a boiler, because even in hot weather the water was very cold. The guards are very friendly and careful about access.

Rosalba was super friendly in our stay, she helped us in all the ways she could. The place is comfortable and despite being in a living unit is super quiet. I highly recommend it

The property is wonderful. Very spacious, clean and well preserved. True to the pictures. It has everything you could need. Its located within a private cluster and its super safe, clean and family oriented. We went with our two dogs and baby and had a great time. We would love to return. People were friendly and had a fantastic time overall. My only comment would be we didn’t know there is a nearby area where they do sugar cane burning, and the ashes resulting from the burn can cover the area of the property. on our first day the ashes really covered everything. We couldn’t go outside, specially because we had a small baby. Francisco was super helpful and sent someone to clean the balcony, outdoor jacuzzi and terrace the next day. Cleaning crew cleaned the public pool the next day but the grass still had ashes (they are hard to clean). This only affected us for half a day though and as the host went out of his way to help - so our stay was extremely positive. Thank you so much julio!

Excellent place, very quiet, 10 minutes from downtown Tepoztlán , the hosts were always attentive to our needs. Shared amenities were amazing. Totally back.

I stayed this weekend with friends and the experience was excellent. The house is located in a very quiet residential area, which allowed us to rest and fully enjoy our stay, the jacuzzi and the pool 10/10. Everything was clean, comfortable and as shown in the pictures. It was definitely the best option for our trip and I highly recommend it. I hope to be back soon! ✨

Very nice stay, a very familiar concept, the only drawback is that it is in a difficult access area if you do not carry a car, fortunately bring all the necessary promotions. A very good place to stay, everything was super clean, the condominium is in an excellent area and it is very quiet. The common areas are very well maintained, the pool and gardens are very enjoyable. The apartment is nice, comfortable and with everything you need. I would definitely come back to this apartment. It has 24-hour surveillance. There are enough spaces to rest in the common areas and pool. The pool is deep enough for adults to swim, as well as dive. A splash pad for kids to have fun. Independent parking without the need to move cars to enter or exit. The apartment is very clean, tidy and furnished with everything you need either to spend time with friends or family or simply to spend a few free days away from the routine of the city. Air conditioning in the main area so you forget the heat and rest, without leaving behind its huge TV with platforms available to watch movies and have a great time. Both bedrooms have a closet and a fan for sleeping cool. All windows have mosquito nets to keep insects out. Apartment located on the top floor, so you forget about the noise from the neighbors. A great place!

Very beautiful place to stay, you feel at home. It 🏡 has absolutely everything you need and even more. The house is beautiful and has all the amenities, the cleanliness is impeccable, it has all the places very close, it is located in an excellent area, where you have security, an electric gate and an excellent place to park and not to mention the pool, it is wonderful... A place to which we will always return... And our host, not to mention, super attentive and super friendly 😊🙏🏻
