Nice and clean house. Big porch , can park two cars. Beautiful scenery at the back of the house. Great location, nearby to shops, pharmacy , restaurant and local food. There’s a few friendly cats around the house but we don’t have problem with it because we love cats. But don’t worry , not even one cat tried to get into the house. The host also is wonderful and easy to communicate. Definitely will come back if we come back again to Alor Setar. Will recommend to friends and families too.

D’Santai GuestHouz was amazing! We had a great 5D4N stay here. The check-in process was seamless, and we appreciate the warm welcome note and tidbits the owner left us. The house is aesthetically pleasing, and the paddy field has picturesque surroundings. Everything was tastefully furnished and decorated, spotlessly clean, and well-maintained. Communications with the host were clear and pleasant. It was comprehensively equipped with Wi-Fi, complete kitchen utensils with essential basic ingredients (cooking oil, salt, sugar, spices), fridge with complimentary ice cream, ice & juice, water dispenser, washing machine & dryer, cordless vacuum, smart TV, mini surau (complete with prayer mat, telekung & Al-Quran), swimming pool with an inflatable, BBQ pit, and a bathtub in the master bedroom. We enjoyed the indoor games (carom & foosball) and bicycles provided to stroll around the area and along the paddy field. If this review seems too over the top, it's because it is. Well-deserved.

My stay was excellent! Had my E-Day at Copea Guest House and the host is very easy to deal with and very supportive. House is clean and amenities listed were as per advertised. Water pressure in house also in a good condition. Overall, i am satisfied and highly recommend this house.

I had a wonderful stay at this homestay! The location is very strategic—close to all the places we planned to visit, which made our trip so much more convenient. The house itself is very comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. It truly felt like a home away from home. I came all the way from Negeri Sembilan for a holiday, and I’m really glad I chose this place. Got to rest well and enjoy every moment. Highly recommended!

Very comfortable and clean stay. The landlord is very friendly and responsive. Even though at first we got the house wrong (due to our own mistake) 🤣 But the host was steady and always calm. The house is very beautiful and complete with all the amenities. Suitable for families. Easy and proper check-in process. Strategic location, close to basic amenities. Highly recommended. Easy check in and check out. Fully equipped kitchen and home. Only downside is the water pump in front will cause some noise for the 1st bedroom. Night time is ok as long as no one use water. Thanks for the lovely stay.

Honestly, the owner himself is really nice and helpful. I am so grateful to be his guest. The house is comfortable and nice. You got everything you need. Can park for two car. The house is near to town. There is Lotus and Jitra Mall. Easy to find food or medicine. Kemudahan rumah lengkap dan tiada kerosakan. Memang kami sekeluarga tak menghadapi masalah sepanjang stay 3 hari 2 malam di sini. Really recommended.

Great host and easy to communicate with. The house is clean inside, with a classic, retro vibe. The water heater works as expected. The kitchen was just right for our family, and we had a great time cooking together. Both the internet and TV were working well. One suggestion would be to tidy up under the house and around the surroundings. A bit of tree trimming and cleaning up the ground floor beneath the house would help improve the overall experience. Overall, it is a good place with nearby amenities.
