We had an incredible stay at Chloe’s place! Peaceful neighborhood, helpful and respectful staff, amazing space! We were in awe almost the whole time. Chloe was so helpful and responsive as we prepared for our trip. We loved the pool (especially our kids!), grill, bonfire pit and outdoor porch! Thanks for a memorable and wonderful family get away !

Nile Falls House - an exclusive Jinja experience.

This place is a hidden gem! We had a wonderful time, and the staff made our stay so special: they’re so warm, helpful, and wonderful cooks. By the time we left, they felt like family. We even bonded with the animals (they’re so friendly and well behaved). The property is incredibly well maintained, cleaned daily, even the deck chairs are pulled in quickly if it starts to rain, so that they are dry and ready to use when the sun comes back out a short while later. The home is beautiful, the pool is huge, and the view of the falls is truly breathtaking. Our first morning we woke up to monkeys in the trees, and the sound of the birds in the surrounding trees is a wonderful way to start the day as the sun rises over the hills across the nile. We stayed for a month and loved the peaceful rhythm of life here. If you’re considering booking this home, you won’t be disappointed!

Kelly’s place was a gem of a villa. Perfect for families, great attention to detail and a wonderful garden. Poolside is serene and the rooms are very comfortable and well styled. Kelly is a great host and great communicator and the staff are welcoming and helpful! Karibu!

Our home is a perfect family getaway. It is located in the beautiful village Bujagali - 12 min by car to Jinja City and a 10 min walk to the Nile (beautiful sunsets!, SUP, Kayaking, Boat Cruises, restaurants, Quad Biking…). The house has a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, a tropical bathroom with a rainfall shower, a master bedroom, kids room and an office. The colourful garden has a firepit, a pool and a play area. The veranda has comfy rocking chairs, a big dining table and a sofa.

Cottage with pool directly on the Nile

This is a on a private and fenced ground directly on the shore of the Nile. The house has 3 bedrooms, two bedrooms with double beds and a children room. A nice pool is on site. The kitchen is well furnished. Our caretaker is happy to help you prepare your meals. Location: Kayunga road, 10km from the Jinja Bridge direction Kayunga, between Holland Park and the Haven. The grounds around the house are spacious and we have cows, goats, pigs, chicken and one dog that live there.

The interior of the cottage features a natural stone floor, creating a rustic charm. Wooden beams support the ceiling, and a seating area with colorful cushions invites relaxation. A doorway leads to an outdoor space, providing views of the surrounding greenery.
