Sonias Haus ist fantastisch gelegen - die Aussicht ein Traum! Für strahlungssensitive Menschen und solche die Ruhe suchen, eine Oase! Wir haben sehr gut und erholsam geschlafen. Sonia hat frische Blumen in diversen Vasen im Haus platziert - ein schöner Willkommens-Gruss! Es hat oft Wind in dieser Gegend und morgens liegt der Sitzplatz noch im Schatten. Wir waren anfangs Mai dort - es empfiehlt sich ein warmer Pullover fürs Frühstück draussen. Im Sommer ist der Schatten sicher sehr angenehm. Die Natur war in voller Blüte - Blumen überall! Das Häuschen ist gemütlich eingerichtet, die Küche eher einfach ausgestattet, aber alles da um einfache Mahlzeiten zuzubereiten. Tolle Restaurants in Tarifa und Bolonia. Die Wanderung zum Meer runter ist sehr schön und dauert etwa 30 Minuten. Der Strand dort wenig frequentiert und man kann lange Spaziergänge im Sand und über die Düne machen - herrlich! Für die Zufahrt zum Haus empfiehlt sich ein geländegängiges Auto. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

As many, many previous reviews have stated this is an exceptional Studio Apartment & all the nice touches - cold water in fridge, fresh fruit 🍈, toothpaste, toothbrush - laundry detergents all were present and greatly appreciated. I stayed for 5 days & Lola changed the towels after 3 , again not something done elsewhere. Finally I dropped my bags to Apartment at 12 Noon but Lola surprised me by saying that previous tenants had checked out very early so I was able to access it immediately - this was a godsend as it was a very hot day. Thank you Lola. When Im next back in Manilva I will definitely rebook.

Tuvimos una estancia agradable. Todo tal cual las fotos y fueron muy amables en todo momento, incluyendo con las indicaciones para llegar a la casa. Ideal para 2 y bien equipado

El alojamiento es encantador y tiene una ubicación fantástica en el pueblo. Todo estaba en perfectas condiciones. Volveremos !!

de woning is geweldig, alles wat je nodig hebt is er. Waarschijnlijk heeft Uko's huis het beste uitzicht van Arcos, niet te verslaan. Ook Marie de buurvrouw die ter plaatse alles afhandeld reageert snel. In Arcos zelf is veel te doen en in de omgeving ook. Uko heeft veel tips en helpt veel proactief. Houdt wel rekening met parkeren, dat moet 200 meter verderop op een openbare parkeerplaats dus kan niet bij het huis zelf. Maar dat is voor alle kleine witte dorpen het geval als je bijna midden in het centrum wil verblijven.

Loved our stay at Jesus’ place - it is beautifully presented and even better in person than in the pictures. Had everything we needed and appreciated the extra touches like water, crisps cans of drink etc on arrival - very thoughtful. The place is a great location - equal distance to old town and puerto banus so not too expensive by cab either way. The terrace is so gorgeous with lovely views and the pool is also lovely, clean and quiet. We will definitely be coming back.

Inma's house is a real home. Some airbnbs are perfectly efficient and functional but Inma's place distinguishes itself by being a place you can call 'home'. We stayed three weeks and could have stayed much longer. We went there to walk and work. The walking around Jimena is excellent with plenty of trails to choose from. We also went to write and that was fine - the wifi is fast and reliable and there is a bureau / office to use as place to work. There are two patios and a large garden. It's a very well equipped house - everything you want in the kitchen, a cast iron stove which is cosy really warms the house, washing machine etc. Inma was always available to answer questions and help with advice. Jimena is a quiet, very pretty small town which is quite untouristed with some excellent bars and restaurants. We had a great time there. If you are spending time in Jimena, don't bother looking anywhere else.
