Paráda! Moc příjemná a dobře vybavená chalupa. Vířivka, gril, ohniště, dřevo, uhlí, myčka, parkování. Je tam vše, co k pohodlí potřebujete. Celé je to navíc v klidné lokalitě s pocitem soukromí. A navíc krásně zrekonstruovaný interiér. Není co vytknout.

Vše perfektní. Popis ubytování naprosto odpovídal realitě. Chalupa je na krásném a klidném místě v docházkové vzdálenosti do Prachovských skal. Oplocená zahrada je obrovská, děti si na ni pobyt opravdu užívaly. Vybavení interiéru a čistota je rozhodně nadstandardní! Děkujeme za možnost se ubytovat, moc rádi se vrátíme!

Very nice place in a quite area of the village. A lot of green space around the house. I had a room with a private bathroom, well equipped and recently renovated. The hosts are kind & communicative. Recommend.

Ubytování bylo velmi příjemné. Chata je součástí rekreačního areálu, z fotek to není vidět, ničemu to ale nevadí. Chata je relativně blízko silnice, ale hluk není vůbec slyset. Pokoje byly čisté a prostorne, pohodlné. Obytný prostor s kuchyní velkorysý. Doporučuji

I had a great stay here at Ktova Apartments. It is a very nice place. The apartment was clean, comfortable and offers a great value for money. It's great for single travelers, couples or families. I recommend it very highly and would definitely stay again. Be sure to check out the nearby castles like Hrad Trosky and Prachov rocks.

This is a fantastic house in a beautiful location. Everything is clean and clutter-free. A herd of sheep lives in the fenced meadow under the house. You can spend hours watching them from the open living room, immersed in the tranquility of the surroundings 🐑. When booking the place, I was worried there would be no AC, as summers are known to be hot in Czechia. Fortunately, the house is on a hill, and there's always a light breeze. Opening the windows is enough for a comfortable stay and sleep, even on a hot day. The internet connection is OK for browsing and one Zoom call. When we had two parallel Zoom calls, it started to lag, and one of us had to leave. Romana responds very fast and helps with every detail of your stay. She offered to let us use the veggies from her garden, so we had yummy, fresh salads every day 🥗.

Přivítala nás velmi příjemná a milá paní domácí, která bydlí ve vedlejším domečku. V ubytování jsme byli až večer, ale krásně se nám starala o teplo v kamnech. Ubytování dle popisu, asi 3 minuty chůze od Středověké krčmy.

Spędziliśmy bardzo przyjemny czas w klimatycznym domu . Niczego nam nie brakowało, bardzo dobry kontakt z gospodarzem . Cicha i spokojna okolica zapewniła nam relaks którego potrzebowaliśmy. Nasza Siódemka jest bardzo zadowolona z pobytu 🙂

Náš pobyt byl naprosto skvělý! Pěkné ubytování s naprosto skvělou lokalitou-hned na koupališti. Apartmán byl čistý a vybavený vším, co jsme potřebovali. Hostitelé jsou moc sympatičtí a komunikace s nimi byla perfektní. Určitě doporučuju!

Great apartment with 3 beds, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with a walk in shower. Nice and spacious garden. The host was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this host to the other travellers.

Tento pobyt byl opravdu výjimečný. Klidné a příjemné prostředí k relaxaci, spousty míst k výletům s i možností výpůjční kol. Co se týče přímo ubytování,.. nemám co bych vytknul, koupací sud, sauna, možnost grilování - super! Projektor na příjemně strávené večery, ideální pro romantický a záživný pobyt. Určitě se rádi vrátíme a prožijeme si zde stejnou pohodu jako teď.

Skvělý, útulný a moderně vybavený apartmán, ideální pro pár na krásný víkend v blízkosti hor se vším potřebným na dosah 😇 určitě se rádi vrátíme :)

Komunikace s majitelkou byla bez problémů, rychle a vstřícně vyřešila naše požadavky. Kuchyň vybavena různými bylinkami, široký výběr čajů, kávové kapsle. Nic nám nechybělo. Děkujeme

Apartament zlokalizowany w małej miejscowości, która się dopiero rozbudowuje szczególnie w infrastrukturę turystyczna. Świetna lokalizacja na wypad na narty, Cerna Hora, Pec. W okolicy około 10 minut samochodem dostępne wszelkiego rodzaju sklepy, restauracje itp. Sam apartament komfortowy, wyposażony we wszystko co potrzeba, czysty. Polecamy serdecznie.

Wir waren eine Woche im Appartement von Aneta und Jakub und hatten eine wundervolle Zeit und außerdem eine gute Ausgangslage für viele tolle Unternehmungen. Wir waren außerhalb von Ferienzeiten und Hauptsaison da und dadurch war es total ruhig und idyllisch. Es hat uns in der Wohnung an nichts gefehlt und als ich eine Frage hatte, habe ich sehr schnell eine freundliche Antwort bekommen. Ich kann das Appartement der beiden ganz klar weiter empfehlen!

Hostiteľ bol milý, rýchlo reagoval na správy, ubytovanie bolo čisté. Parkovanie hneď vedľa apartmánu. Krásne a tiché okolie, s možnosťou si opekať.

Klimatyczne, spokojne miejsce. Niedaleko góry i dużo zieleni. Gospodarz bardzo przyjazny i szybko odpowiadający. Udostępnił nam swoje rowery. To nie jest luksusowe miejsce, ale dla tych którzy szukają przygody będzie idealne. W domku jest kominek, wygodne łóżko i wyposażona kuchnia z ekspresem do kawy. Polecamy!

We had a really nice stay here and overall I’d recommend the place, especially for those looking to relax in a quiet and green area. Pros: - The location is lovely - The house is quite spacious and nicely updated inside. - It’s well-stocked with dishes, cutlery, pots, etc more than enough for a group. - There’s a nice outdoor area with fire pit and a bench/table and a grassy lawn – a nice spot to sit outside and enjoy. - Check-in was smooth and communication was clear. Things to keep in mind: - The coffee machine and some appliances are a bit older and not working perfectly. - Overall cleanliness was fine – the house was tidy – but a few small touches (like older blankets or fabrics) gave the impression of it not feeling completely “fresh.” Nothing major. The biggest downside: no bed linens, sheets, or towels are provided. This is mentioned in the listing, but it could be made more visible or emphasized – it’s something you usually expect when booking a stay, and it caught us off guard

Místo je schované a skoro na samotě. Cesta by byla složitější, ale díky instrukcím od majitele vlastně není problém ji najít. Samotný domek je útulný, čistý, s krásným výhledem. Vše odpovídá zveřejněným fotkám. Příjemným překvapením byly dvě bedny plné hraček. Pobyt jsme si moc užili, tak děkujeme a třeba někdy příště.

This house is absolutely amazing. It looks actually better than it does in the description. Placed in the hills with a stunning view you find a very quiet, scenic place here. For hiking or even boarding/skiing absolutely perfect. Just imagin coming from a long hike, jumping into a nicely heated pool or having a bit of sauna. We absolutely loved to chill in the morning sun on the terrace. What we also liked is the euipment. Everything is just there. Even have a keyboard if you get bored. Just a beautiful spot.

Skvělá lokalita, útulné s čisté chatky, doporučuji.

Wunderschön am oberen Ortsrand gelegenes, großzügiges Grundstück mit einem hübschen Haus. Ein herrlicher Rückzugsort mit toller Aussicht. Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt und konnten die unglaublich schöne Umgebung genießen. Möglichkeiten zum Einkauf und Essen - wir empfehlen besonders die kleine Privatbrauerei - fußläufig, wenn auch der Lage geschuldet bergauf und mit dem Auto deutlich einfacher. Ein echter Glückstreffer.

Wir haben uns in Veronikas gemütlichem Waldhaus mitten im Wald sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Haus ist gut geeignet für Menschen, die den Wald und die Natur sehr lieben. Wir trafen uns als "Großfamilie" mit 6 Erwachsenen, 2 Kindern und einem Hund, um gemeinsam ein verlängertes Wochenende zu verbringen. Schlafplätze waren mit 3 Doppelbetten in 3 Schlafimmern (eins davon Durchgangszimmer) und 4 Alkoven für uns ausreichend.. Dank des schönen und tagsüber warmen Wetters, konnten wir die überdachte Terrasse, den Wald rund um das Haus und die Lagerfeuerstelle gut nutzen. Die Sonne hatten wir mitgebucht und so wurde es ein wunderschönes Wochenende für uns alle. Danke, liebe Veronika
