Delightful! Very nice and well-equipped cottage. Hot tub, grill, fire pit, wood, coal, dishwasher, parking. Everything you need for comfort is there. Plus, it's in a quiet location with a sense of privacy. Plus a beautifully renovated interior. There's nothing to complain about.

Everything was perfect. The description of the place was completely accurate. The cottage is in a beautiful and quiet place within walking distance to the Prachov Rocks. The fenced garden is huge, the kids really enjoyed their stay on it. The interior amenities and cleanliness are definitely above-standard! Thanks for the opportunity to stay, we'd love to come back!

Very nice place in a quite area of the village. A lot of green space around the house. I had a room with a private bathroom, well equipped and recently renovated. The hosts are kind & communicative. Recommend.

The place was very nice. The cottage is part of a recreational area, it is not visible from the photos, but it does not matter. The cottage is relatively close to the road, but the noise is not heard at all. The rooms were clean and spacious, comfortable. Living space with a generous kitchen. I recommend

I had a great stay here at Ktova Apartments. It is a very nice place. The apartment was clean, comfortable and offers a great value for money. It's great for single travelers, couples or families. I recommend it very highly and would definitely stay again. Be sure to check out the nearby castles like Hrad Trosky and Prachov rocks.

This is a fantastic house in a beautiful location. Everything is clean and clutter-free. A herd of sheep lives in the fenced meadow under the house. You can spend hours watching them from the open living room, immersed in the tranquility of the surroundings 🐑. When booking the place, I was worried there would be no AC, as summers are known to be hot in Czechia. Fortunately, the house is on a hill, and there's always a light breeze. Opening the windows is enough for a comfortable stay and sleep, even on a hot day. The internet connection is OK for browsing and one Zoom call. When we had two parallel Zoom calls, it started to lag, and one of us had to leave. Romana responds very fast and helps with every detail of your stay. She offered to let us use the veggies from her garden, so we had yummy, fresh salads every day 🥗.

We were greeted by a very welcoming and kind housewife who lives in the house next door. We weren't in the place until the evening, but she took great care of the heat in the stove. Accommodation as described, about 3 minutes walk from Medieval pub.

We had a great time in an atmospheric home . We didn't miss anything, great communication with the host . A quiet and peaceful neighborhood provided us with the relaxation we needed. Our Seven is very happy with the stay 🙂

Our stay was absolutely great! Nice place with an absolutely great location-just in the swimming pool. The apartment was clean and equipped with everything we needed. The hosts are very welcoming and the communication with them was perfect. Definitely recommend!

Great apartment with 3 beds, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with a walk in shower. Nice and spacious garden. The host was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this host to the other travellers.

This stay was truly exceptional. A quiet and pleasant environment to relax, lots of places to go with even the possibility of borrowing bikes. When it comes to the accommodation directly,.. I have nothing to complain about, a bathing barrel, a sauna, the possibility of grilling - great! Projector for pleasantly spent evenings, perfect for a romantic and indulgent stay. I'm sure we'll be happy to come back and enjoy the same comfort here as we are now.

An apartment located in a small town that is expanding especially into tourist infrastructure. Great location for skiing, Cerna Hora, Pec. In the area about 10 minutes by car, all kinds of shops, restaurants, etc. The apartment itself is comfortable, equipped with everything you need, clean. Highly recommended.

We stayed a week in Aneta and Jakub's apartment and had a wonderful time and also a good starting point for many great activities. We were there outside of holiday seasons and high season and so it was totally quiet and idyllic. We didn't miss anything in the apartment and when I had a question, I got a friendly answer very quickly. I can definitely recommend the apartment of the two!

A lovely cottage suitable for parties with dogs and children—we had both—in a gorgeous countryside. We really enjoyed our stay! Martina is very friendly and fast with the responses.

An atmospheric, quiet place. Close to the mountain and lots of greenery. Very friendly and responsive host. He shared his bikes with us. This is not a luxurious place, but it will be perfect for those looking for adventure. The cottage has a fireplace, a comfortable bed, and an equipped kitchen with a coffee maker. Recommended!

We had a really nice stay here and overall I’d recommend the place, especially for those looking to relax in a quiet and green area. Pros: - The location is lovely - The house is quite spacious and nicely updated inside. - It’s well-stocked with dishes, cutlery, pots, etc more than enough for a group. - There’s a nice outdoor area with fire pit and a bench/table and a grassy lawn – a nice spot to sit outside and enjoy. - Check-in was smooth and communication was clear. Things to keep in mind: - The coffee machine and some appliances are a bit older and not working perfectly. - Overall cleanliness was fine – the house was tidy – but a few small touches (like older blankets or fabrics) gave the impression of it not feeling completely “fresh.” Nothing major. The biggest downside: no bed linens, sheets, or towels are provided. This is mentioned in the listing, but it could be made more visible or emphasized – it’s something you usually expect when booking a stay, and it caught us off guard

This house is absolutely amazing. It looks actually better than it does in the description. Placed in the hills with a stunning view you find a very quiet, scenic place here. For hiking or even boarding/skiing absolutely perfect. Just imagin coming from a long hike, jumping into a nicely heated pool or having a bit of sauna. We absolutely loved to chill in the morning sun on the terrace. What we also liked is the euipment. Everything is just there. Even have a keyboard if you get bored. Just a beautiful spot.

Beautifully located on the upper outskirts, spacious property with a pretty house. A wonderful retreat with a great view. We immediately felt at home and were able to enjoy the incredibly beautiful surroundings. Possibilities for shopping and eating - we especially recommend the small private brewery - within walking distance, although uphill due to the location and much easier by car. A real stroke of luck.
