The upper level has an additional bedroom with full size bed, & a sitting loft overlooking the main level. Occasional airplane noise. It is centrally located and it’s also near Kincaid Park, all shopping centers, and minutes away from downtown Anchorage.

Your private “sweet" is through the home's shared entry. The house is 5.1 miles from ANC airport (13 min by car or approx $20-$22 Uber/Lyft/taxi). Fred Meyer grocery is .7 mile away (15 min walk); Costco is 1.7 miles. Behind your interior “front door” is your Queen bed; TV room; kitchenette; and bathroom with tiled walk-in shower and the best backside feature ever: heated bidet toilet. I live and work upstairs. There's plenty of space for all.
