The house is built on 4 pleasant levels: • Bottom: BD and yoga studio for quiet practice. • Entrance: living room with piano, kitchen, and exit to a well-maintained garden and seating area. • Third: Two bedrooms and an open studio for art. • Upper: Master unit with private balcony and study. Outside, a pleasant seating area awaits you, and behind it is a small private field with soccer goals, baskets, and ping-pong. Great location: 5 min walk from the forest. By car: 20 minutes from Jerusalem, 30 minutes from Ben Gurion Airport, 40 minutes from Tel Aviv.
