A spacious place suitable for families, with plenty of space to spend time together. The house is built from two floors in total 160 square meters. The house has three bedrooms + open sleeping space (preferred by everyone...), a fully equipped and cozy kitchen, a barbecue area, which when glass is enjoyable in the summer, direct access to Lake Beit Zait ( 2 minutes walk). The house borders the wadi and full of nature around, so you can take a walk straight from the house. There is a nice chicken coop, wood fireplace in winter, large and spacious garden full of fruit trees. By car, you can reach the center of Jerusalem in 10-15 minutes without traffic jams. There is public transportation every hour.

Rami's place is in a quiet neighborhood, walking distance from Ramat Gan Central Park and the zoo. The park is beautiful and a great way to start your morning with a chill jog. It is minutes from main highway 4 to Jerusalem or the northern part of the country. With mild traffic, you can enjoy Tel Aviv's amazing cafes, restaurants, and beaches in a 10 to 15-minute drive. The house is spacious for a large family, and Ramil left things very orderly, clean, and accessible. Rami was very communicative and proactively checked in if we needed anything. The front yard is a great escape from the crowds if you want to chill with a cold beer and enjoy the warm Israeli summer nights. Thank you, Rami, for letting us into your home; we had a great time. Our stay at Shimon’s home was perfect. Exactly what we needed. The house was gorgeous, the surrounding majestic and the accommodations perfect for our needs. But the best thing was the communication. we were a family of 5 that stayed over the weekend at Yonits place. It was just perfect. we had plenty of space and a big outdoor space made it feel even bigger. it was super clean and welcoming. Yonit was easy to communicate with and a great host. Next time we go to Ein Gedi, we will definitely love to stay here again. and the kibbutz was so beautiful and well maintained. a little oasis in the middle of the desert

Shay is one of the best possible hosts! Very responsive even checked with me after the first time the sirens went off to see if I was comfortable. He was always very responsive and offered me a free night because my flight was cancelled and I was a day late even though it’s not his problem. Really nice guy! The location is fantastic walking easily to the main shopping area in Dizengoff Square and 10 minutes walk to beach. Lots of restaurants, cafes, and small grocery stores just steps away. Good size apartment with good AC and fans plus a washing machine and clothes drying rack. overall nice and all you need in Tel Aviv. The only negatives to be aware there are 2 flights of stairs and no lift in case that’s an issue. If is an older building so it has some wear and can be a bit noisy like most cities

From the moment I arrived Avi was their to greet me with a friendly smile. He showed me around the apartment and made sure I had everything I needed. The apartment was exactly as described in the listing details. I hope to stay here again sometime soon
