Waterfront vacation rentals in Jersey Shore

My parents had a wonderful stay at Elliot's Garden Apartment in New Hope, and found everything to their liking. I was worried about the bed or pillows not being to their liking (since they are seniors and with age have become more sensitive to a firm mattress), but they assured me over and again that they slept very comfortably. The complementary coffee and creamer supply was a much appreciated and thoughtful detail. Our daughter also met Susan and her friendly dog Foxy and now asks when are we going back to the airbnb so she can play with her. Elliot was always ready to help answer any questions in a prompt and polite manner. It truly felt like a "home away from home"!

A wonderful beach respite! Lovely area, great restaurants, wonderful welcoming hosts—felt like home! Nearby Sandy Hook beach / reserve is gorgeous. Lorine and Lizette are truly super hosts. They have thought of everything! The house is well equipped, comfortable and has everything you will need. We loved the porch, the view — and you can see the sunrise. We had delicious meals at nearby restaurants. We slept like babies. We visited historic lighthouses. Highly recommend!

I loved the stay at Anneke’s space it was super cute and a gorgeous backyard. Anneke’s apartment was fully stocked with items we needed and it was perfect for a 5 day trip! Location was incredible. Would recommend!!

My boyfriend and I had a fantastic stay here. One of the best Airbnb’s I have stayed in. Elyce adds her own personal touch to your stay. We will definitely consider staying at The Weekender again in the future! Sidewalk access was a definite plus, especially if you are looking to go into town for food and drink. Everything is very is clean and welcoming. We enjoyed waking up in the morning and having coffee out on the balcony. Overall, we cannot say enough good things about this place!

Absolutely fantastic. Incredible location and amazing backyard. Great place to sit out and read a book. We will be back again soon!!

Shelley's little vacation cabin was very comfortable, clean, and cozy. We stayed only one night and didn't get a chance to enjoy the deck and the view, but they looked great! Easy driving distance from Cape May. Definitely recommend.

We loved staying at Steve and Louise's beautiful property. Watching the sun rise and set over the tidal wetlands was magical, and there were many amazing birds. The fenced yard was great for our dog. The interior had good natural light, which is unusual for a ground floor unit with a balcony over it. The bed was extremely comfortable. Steve was very nice, and made sure to check on us frequently to see if we needed anything, and stopped by to chat a number of times. As listed, the indoor shower is small but the outdoor shower is much larger. I used the outdoor shower and the water pressure was great. It might be difficult for someone elderly or with mobility disabilities because it's a little hard to balance on the sloped slippery wood. The location is perfect - between Stone Harbor and Cape May Courthouse so it is convenient for necessities, but easy to get to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back again.

He was great with communication. very easy instructions and sent a few times just in case The only con was only one tv in the apartment none any any of the bedrooms

The hosts were lovely people, who are more than accommodating with any potential issues or questions. They are friendly, understanding, and patient. They provided a lovely home, perfect for a getaway not too far from the water. The home was welcoming and complete with anything one could need during their stay. The location was very close to the city, while maintaining a private, quiet, comfortable, and safe environment. There were no disruptions, and there was strong communication. Overall, a place worth staying!

Absolutely incredible stay! From the moment we booked, our host was gracious, responsive, and incredibly helpful—every question we had was answered promptly and with care, making us feel welcome even before we arrived. The home itself was spotless—truly one of the cleanest we've ever stayed in. It’s clear the host puts thoughtful attention into every detail to ensure guests feel comfortable and at ease. The beds were unbelievably comfortable, like sleeping on clouds, and the linens were soft and fresh. The location? Stunning. Waking up to those gorgeous beach views each morning felt like a dream. Whether you're enjoying coffee on the deck or relaxing indoors, the view is always front and center. As for amenities, this place had everything! From a fully stocked kitchen to beach towels and even our breakfasts were provided for, nothing was forgotten. It’s rare to find a space so completely prepared for guests’ needs. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!!!

The Corner Beach house was WONDERFUL for our stay. I went with a group of 15 other people for a bachelor party weekend. The moment we walked in we were floored. The house was gorgeous, there was wonderful outdoor space with decks, tables, and a roof deck. Everything was clean and there were more than enough beds for everyone. The beach was literally across the street and easily accessible, quiet, and safe. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a place to stay in atlantic city.

Amazing lake views. The fish were biting. A beautiful peaceful getaway. We thoroughly enjoyed our time. Quite a memorable and special place. Book it- you won’t regret it. Sweetwater Marina also a nice spot to each. Bikes were fun to ride around and the porch deck made for a lovely spot for coffee and drinks. Plenty of parking and secluded at the end of road. Will rebooked already. 🎣 🏖️ 🛶

Edward Joseph's property was beautiful and truly helped my wife and I enjoy our anniversary. We might not have brought our dog had we known the cost upfront, inability for her to use the furniture or that neighbors would rat on my wife because our dog peed on her overgrown grass.

everything was fantastic, the fire pit on the river was very nice, didn't use the hot tub but it had a great view of the river, just a great place, also lots of osprey's and saw bald eagles.

The house is amazing.. Looks just like it does in the pictures, really does feel like home.. Teresa is amazing. Gave a lot of suggestions for my friends and I to do in town for our stay. Definitely will be planning another trip this summer to stay at this beautiful home. Can’t wait to go back Thank you Teresa!!

This house was perfect for my sister’s bachelorette weekend! Jahneva was a great host, and I would stay here again if I’m back in the area!

Umi and Bill were wonderful hosts. Everything was exactly as described, great communication, very clear instructions, lots of recommendations, a full book layed out very clearly with sections of anything you would want to know about the area, what to do, restaurants they recommended. The unit was pristine, had everything we could have needed & then some and offered an amazing view of the ocean. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at any of Umi and Bill's properties in the future and I look forward to staying with them again!

I’ve never stayed beachfront before, and the view that met me when I opened the door to the room was spectacular. I was looking for a couple days of relaxation by the water and that is what I got. Check in was easy, the building and room felt safe and secure, and the boardwalk and beach are steps away. It was a perfect few days and I can’t wait to come back. I feel so lucky I found this place! Thanks!

My wife and I came to Cape May for a quick weekend getaway and got exactly what we were looking for in this place. As close to the beach as you can get, very walkable to bars and restaurants. Exactly what we were looking for, and getting in and out was super easy

This was our first time in AC staying at a non Casino Hotel, which was amazing, we had plenty of room, could cook, and could easily walk to each Casino, would choose this place again and will definitely stay in this same place!! Exceeded my expectations for sure!

The condo was beautiful, and the view is to die for! We felt very safe during our stay with the security guards 24/7 posted at the front door and the key activated entry. The room and bathroom were clean with no complaints. Dina was very responsive and helpful to all of our questions. Highly recommend and would love to come back again!
